There is literally nothing good about that map. Halloween was a nightmare

During iron banner, the map came up between 1:3 or 1:4 matches. It takes 20 seconds to reach the fucking spark!!
Someone in Bungle went nuts with the sizing sliding scale.
A decent roll on a strike exclusive drop, and it even came at 300 out of the box. That's got to be like a .04% probability.

I got mine at 320 Zen Moment / Explosive Rounds / Firefly. Love it!

Meh. It's okay. Most RLs feel pretty same-y to me nowadays considering how badly tracking and G&H have been nerfed. Slight differences in velocity and blast radius won't make a big difference between killing someone or not. Personally I either use Truth (if sweaty) or the Trials RL since I'd rather have 3 rockets than 2 rockets w/ very slightly better stats on the Suros JLB.
haha of course dude. I expect there won't be any big win requirements for the quest line or any of the loot. All of the events are designed to be as casual-friendly as possible which is understandable. Trials is the only PvP I've ever taken seriously and I'm way past caring about this game's multiplayer by now.
If people are around to play the mode I'll definitely try it out. If it's non-stop SBMM Thorn sweaties I won't bother with it for long though, haha.

Does LitC + Firefly proc'ing at the same time still crash the game? Had a hand cannon drop with those and have just socked it in the vault.

Pretty sure this is still a thing. Or more specifically a saw a front page Reddit post a week or two ago that said it was still a thing. One way to find out for sure, just proceed w caution.......

I started playing again, John, I did. I made it to the first gate, then looked over at my backlog. I wasn't sure I could start a NG+ with so many uncompleted games staring at me.
No worries about putting it down. The brilliance of Diablo 3 is that it manages to be great without FOMO (fear of missing out). Destiny deliberately has so many psychological hooks to keep you playing that it can honestly be a little gross.
Diablo, on the other hand, is a game you can play on your own schedule for however long you want, then put it down. And this next part is huge: you can pick it back up whenever and you haven't missed anything. You're not "behind". You can put as much or as little into Diablo as you want, and that's great. It can be quite difficult to find the sweet spot for Destiny. As many of us can attest, the more time we put into Destiny, the worse we feel sometimes.
I've put a ton of hours into Diablo 3, some long stretches, definitely, but there have been a lot of times where I sign on, play a couple rifts and sign off. Diablo is always there waiting for me. The perfect game to focus on or as a casual pick up and play. So don't think of it as "beating it", think of it as setting it up for you play whenever you need it going forward.
Nothing is quite as relaxing to me as blowing up the minions of hell together with a friend.
Diablo 3 just wants you to be happy!

I went into the Daily Crucible Control with a fireteam of 5 yesterday at around 9pm EST, should be prime time right? Took us 2-3 minutes to find a match, and it started as a five on five.
Why did they put the Combined arms maps back into Control anyway? Too big!

considering how much you've played this game, the fact that you lack a 320 ghost is just astounding to me, and underscores how borked the loot is in this game... *smh*
That single earpiece one that comes with the PS4 is pretty solid

If you want something comfortable, get either the Astro A30 or A40.
I've used the A40s for years. Really comfortable.

RNG gonna RNG. I have one 320 ghost on PS, but had four 320 ghosts drop for me on Xbox.
IMO they made ghosts and class items super rare (and made their power sort of not matter anyway) to (1) entice the hardcore to grind their silly MT filled events like SRL and Crimson Days and (2) to simultaneously say "who cares it doesn't matter anyway" when people complain.

We got my son the Astro A40 TR and the mod kit for Christmas and they are super nice. I plan on getting myself the Hyper Cloud II from Best Buy. They are 7.1 and $99.00 I think.

Shortly after I got my first, I got my second one.
Shortly after I got my second, hypescotch was nerfed into the mid damage tier.
Still the best pulse in the game though.

I hated that they changed the ROF. Keep it like a Spare Change. I could at least pull it out occasionally & remember, but no. It's lost like tears in the rain.

It and allfate are still the two of the best pulse rifles in the game.
I'm curious if the older pulse rifles that were high impact like that got changed too or if Bungie figured not many people had them any more. I had them both at one time, wish I had kept them. I think they were Three Little Words and Super Pox VLO.
