As far we we know. There is no Group limit. Though there might be a clan limit of 500 later. When we start creating sub clans.

I states in the OP. Once most Gaffers have joined. If we still have room. I will open this up for non-gaffers to join as well.

I already have a couple people PM me about that. I'm just waiting.

I don't see the point in having a GAF clan if we're going to let in non-gaffers which I won't be able to interact with on GAF/other games/etc. since they're not part of this MB.
I don't care about playing with the friend of a friend of a gaffer, a lurker or a member's wife, what's the point of signing up to anything GAF if you end up playing with randoms?
Otherwise just make an open clan with "fans of GAF" or whatever, but GAFclans/tournaments/etc should always only be open to proper NeoGAF's members.

It's way too early to be thinking about that. To be honest I feel it's too early for this thread, unless the beta is announced for july or something.

And I'll keep an eye on the thread but in an hour or so I might end up heading out.

Checking out the PS4 Beta made things not very clear at all.
Would love to be able to link both accounts.

Also to any other admin, my internet in my hotel craps out around now and surfing the web becomes close to impossible. So if somebody else logs in and doesn't see a post of mine confirming their status assume those guys aren't approved yet.

My internet is officially crapping out, it took ages just to load this page.

I'm afraid that's it for me for today. Some comments: preferably I'd like to join the DestinyGAF group and this one together. Didn't consider that we can have one group in Bungie and multiple clans. Seems cleaner. These were all misunderstandings at the end of the day. But I'll keep saying it, nobody was at fault and antagonism was uncalled for, on both sides.

To those still joining:

1. This is the PS4-centric group. There's a group that is all encompassing in the Alpha thread.

2. If you want to join this one, make sure you create an account in Bungie.net and apply to the group on the Bungie.net website (OP has link to group in Bungie)

3. Mention it here. We won't know who is from GAF unless you mention it here so we can't approve you until you do.

I'm out for today. Hopefully we can find resolve this issue by tomorrow. With the beta starting in a month we have plenty of time to solve it. I'd suggest signing up to both groups for now then once an agreement is made the rest is history. Night guys. If nobody approves you immediately wait at least a couple of hours as admins might be sleeping or out, but we'll get back to you.
