Fair enough. I hardly ever order games on release from Amazon, so I wasn't sure what to expect (I live near San Francisco).

For release date delivery on Amazon, it usually says, "Shipping Soon" the day before and I usually get the email the next morning. I'm sure it's not the same for everyone, though.

If you're lucky, you can live a couple hours away from an amazon warehouse and end up getting things early half the time

Ugh, I hate when Ebgames sends me games through Purolator. It's so random. I always use the free shipping option and I sometimes get Canada Post and sometimes Purolator. Hopefully it comes tomorrow since I'm home because otherwise I'm not home for the rest of the week and you need to go pick your package up at one of their hub and mine is like at 50 mins from where I live by car.

Back when it was released yes. But the recent Megaten recycled many of these demons and Strange Journey took the remaining ones.
Lucifroz. He's in Devil Children and DemiKids though according to SMT wiki. I think there are a few others too like Strawberry Frost, Lemon Frost, etc.

There are still demons that have never been in any game after Soul Hackers.
