What the fucking shit?
Step out of one of the ritual sites in Act 2 and get mobbed at least 15 enemies..
Die
Try getting outside again
Die
It's not that much easier guys and I'm down 5k
Think too many people are spoiled by how items in WoW (or mmos in general) are distributed. Diablo 3 is more similar to a random number generator than WoW in terms of item loot.
Checked my email, sold another item for 20 bucks, lol.
I've never sold anything for the mega bucks but I've sold so many things for 10/20 bucks it's insane.
Also just tried Pony Land and yea, they fixed the pony-getting-stuck glitch.
HOLY SHIT REPAIRS ARE EXPENSIVE. I don't sense much of an inferno nerf either.
Is the Auction House down for everyone, or should I just keep trying?
Keep trying what?
Let us know when it's up.

Haha, my stuff is worth so much more now.
On my DH I'm at 32k dps right now after the nerf, what about you other DH's out there
Went from 111k to 97k. I didn't really stack attack speed so I'm not feeling the nerf as bad as other DH's.
gloves, shoulders, lol.Man, what the hell are you selling? I don't get any bites on the eu rmah
:'(... does manticore blocking still work though?
If your weapon had a relatively even dmg% and IAS distribution you probably didn't lose any value, otherwise definitely lost some. Anyone who bought an IAS weapon after they announced they would likely be nerfing the prop should have seen this coming. I bought this yesterday; it was quite expensive but I don't see getting an upgrade in a very long timeI'm hoping top-end dps weapons will still retain their value, since relatively speaking, they should still be at the top end. I put a 50m+ weapon on the AH last night that when you sorted by DPS it was on the very first page of results. But going down the list of other items there, every single one had IAS on it so it should still be in the same relative position on the list. Just hoping it didn't lose a ton of value overnight, but hopefully it's not that bad.
What class are you?
Also people saying they lost tons of DPS, what's your class.
I just started a DH alt, tired of dying in act2 with my baba
gloves, shoulders, lol.
Also I used to be able to beat almost every elite pack in inferno in act 3. And now I can't seem to beat shit. That nether tentacles nerf and also me losing 8K DPS is just about destroying me at the moment. From being able to somewhat hang in act 4, back to act 1 I am.
What the fuck. Opposite effect?
if a whole new world means spend a lot more time in act 1, I agree.Yeah I imagine it's pretty hard for DHs at the moment, but you gotta admit they were pretty OP. With repair costs the way they are now too I expect a whole new world for them.

I didn't play wow, but I played a ton of other loot games (Titan Quest, Borderlands, etc). I remember being pumped to go into those games day after day to find new loot to replace the loot I had. With this game I fully expect to trash every item I get in a run to the NPC for 200-1k gold each then head to the AH and buy something usable with enough gold obtained.
I have to admit I'm jealous
edit: anyone know how long AH will be down for?
