so only inferno act 3/4 gear sells for real money right?

It was very, very good...but it was an enchantress token...for $250. I guess I'm not that surprised because my junk sold as well. Still, I don't get it.
This game is now officially a casino.
Did he show it on his stream? If so, that explains it. Someone wanted Kripp's token lol. Otherwise, I have no idea.
I never had any luck selling my top-tier Enchantress tokens.
Casino's charge money. This is a giveaway.
Kripp sold an enchantress token for $250...
Don't know. Take a look.Christ almighty. How much should I sell this one for?

wtf? tokens are worth something?
For a discussion pages back, DHs die more often in groups because it's mostly a game of kill before you get killed. In groups they get multiple of their original hp amount. Against ranged mobs, having a barb or a monk in the group makes it more likely that you get killed because you need much more time to kill a mob and they can't dps, can't exactly "tank" or draw aggro. Well for the ones that I played with anyway.
I sometimes play with a monk friend of mine and I'd die twice as much because he contributes minimal damage, splits the mobs up from my cc, and just makes the game more random which I need to pay more attention to to survive instead of relying on more predictable mob patterns. I don't get really get hit by melee anyway and he doesn't help against ranged. I don't know what he's supposed to do most of the time other than just run around in front of me. He's like good for boss fights to revive me and not much else.

Pretty much. Playing a 10k hp DH can be a really frustrating experience.
Is 13.3 life per spirit spent decent on a monk fist? (600 DPS) Or is that really low?
It's information overload right now. No one can find your items, so they can't buy them.
Fair enough.
get my private message?

was it that good?
ps how are you guys getting screenshots of just item descriptions?
Haven't thought about it, but does All Resistance stat include Physical Resistance as well ?

Hopefully it fixes the unbearable lag I'm experiencing.
I'm using an AHK script someone wrote that finds the corners of the image box and takes a screen grab of it.
Currently hit yet another wall in Act with Blood and whatever ZK section. Tried to dual wield and run MoE hard target (with the passive that gives an evasion bonus for 2 hands) in addition to the current MoH: resistance + 20% with One with Everything.
Leading away the elite packs I couldn't beat work with one section, but the caves are just too narrow to pull that. Is there a farm point at this stage in act 2 with those stats?
My mind has been blownYes.
Both.Is the dexterity unnaturally low or is it the weapon (600 dps 1h)? If it is the weapon where should I farm? Everything in Act 1 seems to be capped at 600 for 1h.

Are you doing some no-AH thing? If not, why won't you just do a few runs, round up some cash and hit up the AH?

Me and swiftlame are thinking about running a super tank DH build. Run Guardian Sentry, Caltrops with Torturous Ground, Shadow Power Gloom, Bat Companion and get a good high dps one hander and use an ivory tower with critical hit chance/max block, using the passives Night Stalker/Archery/Numbing Traps. super tank DH!
best build
Night stalker with 50% crit will solve all your disc problems.
Still dependent on Discipline for SP, just like the glass cannon build is for Smoke Screen.
It'll be interesting to see how it goes in any case. I've been hunting for a cheap 1 hander with 10 discipline to try out attacking faster (doing less damage per hit) but with more discipline to spare.
It's crap that Bows and Xbows can't roll discipline.

Damn, Act III is just depressing to play as a Barbarian. I wonder if my strategy just sucks.
I think I have the gear to do it. I have 1100 Physical resist and around 800 in all other resists. 9500ish armor, 48% block rating with a Stormshield, 800dps 1hander with 750 LoH, and 31% attack speed increase. My HP is low at 35k, but I don't see how having even twice that amount would help me much considering how quickly I go down.
I just get murdered by any and all rares. The normal mobs are fine, but the rares I can't even look at. I guess I could progress through the act by training rares out of the way and playing super carefully, but that doesn't sound like much fun, and once I get into the corridors below the keep, it may not even be possible.
Oh, well... maybe I have to wait until 1.0.3

It has a chance to restore 1 discipline. Has anyone calculated what % chance that is?
I did it perfectly fine with much lower stats (700 res all, 6200 armor, 20% block 1300 LoH, 40k HP, 25k DPS), felt pretty sturdy and didn't die too often, but I don't solo. The issue with Monk and Barb is they don't do enough DPS, you can be a human shield but it won't matter if you can't hurt things quickly enough before you're broken down.
Monk and Barb, especially since they HAVE to roll defense gear, need a straight up, no strings buff in that regard. To me it feels pretty apparent that it's the reason why melee need to be so much more overgeared, because you need to go to the ends of the Earth and back for defense AND be able to spring for DPS stats on the same gear.

I'm really curious how 1.03 will change the auction houses.
On the one hand, there will be more high end gear on the market. On the other, repairing armor will become a much bigger gold sink, possibly causing deflation. Will those 2 factors balance out initially?
You manage to kill the rare packs, too?
