So PS4 is full with hackers right?

This guy had 4.5 billion DPS, with 3 gems on his weapons and 7.0 attack speed.

Took me to a GR150 and 1 shotted it in 30 seconds.

Now my account is fucked too

Pets dying just because they respawn relatively fast would be the dumbest thing ever in a pet build.

Like I said in 70+s (I was stuck at 72 with Rathma) I constantly only had 2-3 skellies up if that.

They're so slow to spawn too. I tried a GR70 with my build, and I kept dying because I'm squishy and my skeletons take forever to respawn.

Couldn’t resist plunking down for Necro. Realized it’s been ages since I’ve played. I have no idea what anything is or does anymore.

I wonder where's the fun in that. One of those mysteries I'll never understand.

You should have left as soon as you saw he was not a normal player if you didn't want him to fuck your account. I'm guessing he didn't give you enough time to realize what was going on.

Ahhh, the old fast russian longsword. Haven't seen one of those since playing on ps3.

You won't get that in season play though. Those items are imported from ps3 saves. There's no way to hack or dupe on ps4 though, so given seasons are a fresh start for everyone, no one can use that stuff.

Man, why are Rathma's and Jesseth's sets such shit.

I'm only on GR26 but I've been using the same loadout for the last 10 tiers or so, everything I pick up seems to be so much worse than what I have.

Looks like they are going to nerf the boneado proc rate. If it knocks Mirinae out it will kill the mobbing potential of the set. If they remove the double health cost of Trags that might become the best set.

The double health cost was such a stupid design anyway.

This is the real pet build: http://www.diablofans.com/builds/91705-gr-85-simulacrum-for-the-blood-god (Trag's + Jesseth's)

Anyway, that feeling you get when you salvage your seventh Krysbin's (knowing many haven't even seen their first yet), while patiently waiting for a ring you salvaged days previously thinking it was useless. Also, progressing through 70+ requires quite a bit of luck. I made it through 80 with 10s to spare, but I also hit both a conduit and speed shrine along the way. It's pretty stupid that I beat 80, yet sometimes die multiple times on 70 still. What the hell are you supposed to do against a screen full of ice arrow spamming archers + mortar + fallen shaman spam? Screen full of shit and you can't really target the shamans, and Blood Surge has a cooldown. Normally I just say "fuck this" and move as much as I can towards the next elite pack, ignoring all trash along the way aside to refresh Bone Armor and to refill life with the gem procs.

It's as if they made every other set NOT read "do extra damage, but double the resource cost", no other set has a resource cost increase and to top it off it's LIFE.

Jesseth's arms seem to work much better since I got back to skellies, put bone armor to rest as it wasn't doing much anymore.

Anyone know what's the best set or legendaries for blood siphon and corpse explosion?

Inarius for corpse explosion. https://www.icy-veins.com/d3/necromancer-corpse-explosion-build-with-inarius-set-patch-2-6-season-11

Blood siphon I guess the blood set but there's really no reason to use that atm

Tried something similar in lower Greater Rifts, and it was okay, but it doesn't work very well at all in the higher ones. I don't like any Inarius build that uses Cursed Scythe as its only means to apply Decrepify either. It's way too squishy and unreliable. And the Blood Set is the second best set right now.

when does the season start again? I have 5 days off work at the end of the month.

Decided to hold off on my Necro. Don't want to run a build that could get its legs cut off.

Speaking of which, I may be crazy but I think a stickied post in the official WD forum where a blue said LoN spirit Barrage would not be changed has been removed.

Also some peeps in Asia are doing low 140s with the DH/Necro exploit.

Probably won't bother playing S11 since I've done 9, 10 and now NS Necro. Even that was pushing how much D3 I can bother with in a row. lol

Need to get back to leveling my mage in FFXIV.

I think this is the most I've played non-seasonal Diablo III since seasons were introduced. I need to pace myself before I get burned out again, next season is right around the corner I wanna be ready to go!

Necromancer has been a blast so far.

I haven't played much since season 3 (before this patch came out) but I can't remember getting so many drops that are useless for the class you are playing at the end of a GR. Getting a lot of crappy swords, maces, crossbows etc. but barely any scythes. Was I lucky before or did they change the loot to be less class specific? I remember getting (cross)bows for my demon hunter all the time.

Most of the useful drops I got either from shards or from upgrading rares.

So what are seasons and what's the point of them? I keep reading about them but don't fully understand how they're different than regular d3.

You start over with nothing. There's leaderboards but I think for most (for me) the appeal is not immediately having 800+ paragon points and tons of stashed gems and legendaries. You get that sense of progression again, and since lots of people are doing it every season, there's a sense of community there too that would be absent if you just decided randomly to start a new character and not use any of your stuff.

Oh wow, OK. So D2 ladder basically? Is there some special reward to be had for clearing certain content?

you get a reward once you complete each chapter. you can get a new set for your character and then stuff like new portrait frames and a new stash tab.

personally, i just do the first 4 chapters to get the gear set. i'm not good enough to get any further and honestly don't feel it's worth it for portraits.

check this out for season 11:

https://d3resource.com/journey/

it shows each chapter and all their objectives/rewards.

Ugh, just looked up Season 11's journey from the PTR and "Master 8 of the following Set Dungeons" is being repeated. At least I can save the Necromancer set dungeons till then.

Contamination Skeletal Mages are pretty awesome for low Torment Greater Rifts... I love them as I am trying to collect the set armors. Spamming them and using Blood Rush to zip around the maps is a lot of fun.

Hey... I'm having *probably* a bug in my ps4 version. I don't see the new banner shape, that comes with the necro pack. Anyone has any idea of how to unlock it?

Yeah I didn't get it either. I got the portrait frame and the pet but not the banner border.

Avarice, Divinity, and Speed Demon are all pretty simple. I like that dragon pet too. Looking forward to the season.

Challenge Rifts only rewards a bounty bag per week with some materials/blood shards. The best way to get new gear is to run Greater Rifts (either by yourself or with someone else). The higher the more loot. All loot is random drop though. You can also do normal Rifts but they don't have as much gear loot as GR.

CR seem fine. It is fast; you do it just once a week and you get 2? bounty worth of bounty mats. Seems like a good deal to me.

Has Blizzard ever mentioned anything about expanding vault space on PS4? I have 9 level 70s and there's just no room to keep anything anymore. It seems like a pretty big oversight on their part to have not touched this in so long.

There are working save editors for PS4 now. No cheats for Diablo III yet but certainly not impossible.

No. Seasons has come to PS4 right? You should be able to get stash tabs as season rewards but outside of that they haven't said anything.

I would gladly pay money for more stash space but Blizz doesn't seem interested for US markets

ffs, I love Inarius bonestorm but it really grinds to a halt with no corpses. Was crushing a GR82 but then on the Guardian I missed it for like 5 seconds, you just dont do dmg outside land of the dead period and it sucks :(

well, I dont do enough dmg with my low gems I guess (they are in the 45-ish lvls) but I assume the same thing applies to the build for higher rifts, the problem will always be there.

Seasons on consoles now dating back to at least last season but not a word about storage space. The lack of space and any type of inventory management makes that aspect of the game kind of a pain.

think I just got pissed off at Diablo for the first time lol. I never really tried to push rifts before, I guess thats why, but the amount of survivability you have to stack for higher GRs is ridiculous, it annoys me because you cant deviate from builds at all, you cant tweek them, because you have to stack all sorts of dmg reduction.

I tried to drop Aquila's from the cube for something else and the game basically flipped me the bird and went "lol no now you just die in 2 seconds son". And thats with the belt, unity, stand alone passive, and the endless walk reduction (granted that one doesnt work when youre standing still). As soon as I drop Aquila I go from being able to stand in lasers and poison and shit to, well... not.

I know I know thats how the game works, im just angry ranting now I guess lol.

Yea, higher GRs and more fragile builds are all locked behind paragon points. Since every point of int gives you ever mont All-Resist, the more paragon you have, the more survivable you are, pure and simple.

People at the top of leaderboards are in the 3,500-4,500 range of paragon. Just nuts. We can't duplicate their builds to that level of success even if we wanted to without putting in literally thousands of additional hours to match their paragon levels. When it comes to non-season, they already won. And unless you're willing or able to commit to 8-10 hours a day of seasonal 4-man paragon and item farming, you'll never keep up.

After all my years and many seasons (including hitting top 15 last season on DH), I am still only Paragon ~1100 or so. I don't know (why) how they do it.

Yeah it's the nature of the beast with a system with endlessly scaling difficulty. At some point you HAVE to use optimal builds/items and at some point you just hit a wall. I don't really enjoy it when a single mistake or unlucky happenstance instagibs me so I usually bow out before then too.

yeah, its why it really trigegrs me when youtube videos go "yeah guyz I did this GR 90 with shit gear just after dinging 70 look at this" and they have like 1.5mill dps, with all ancients and 1000+ paragon and im like "yeeeeeeh thats...thats not shit gear" lol

also I didnt know int gave you resistances. Man I dont even have enough paragon to have 50/50 in all the thingies :/

yea man. Seeing people with 28,000 intelligence, 5 million damage, and and hundreds of millions of toughness points is just sort of deflating. Some of my favorite Twitch D3 streamers are 4,000+ paragon and it's just like, "well okay...:-/"

Speaking of Twitch, Rhykker is streaming Necro stuff.

Those got added a few patches ago.

Previously, they were only on Consoles, then they got added to the PC version.

Good, they're awesome.

Is anything else still exclusive to the console versions? I recall something of a Nemesis system like what Shadow of Mordor had...
