I'm very excited.
This is a completely different game compared to the arcade version, right? I never did play that.

No, it's the same as the Arcade game. But it will have new modes, like an offline single player Story mode (already confirmed). The arcade game is continuing to receive new character and stage updates, all of which (between now and the console release) will be included in this console game. They've also said the updates will continue post-PS4 launch, and those new characters and stages will also come to this version.
Why not? He's incredibly bland. Clearance aisle Kuja isn't necessary when actual Kuja is already there.
Ishimoto should be all hands on deck for FF7R, he doesn't need to do songs for an unrelated game IMO

Domina Shantotto is the dark half of a parallel world's Shantotto, so not really her.
I don't actually recall a single time she's ever actually hurt anyone that wasn't evil. She loves messing with people and being a dick in general though lol. Like in the XIV event, when she's clearly in position to cause harm and says she plans to conquer she suddenly "loses interest". Her goal from the start was totally just to bully some people in another world for a bit because she was board.

I liked the part where Cecil tried to hook up Firion and Lightning together cause he thought that Firion was interested in her. He was actually trying to get his flower back from her I believe.
Everything else took some thinking.

Tidus sees a ball roughly the size of a blitz ball, and comes to the conclusion that that's what it exactly is. So he proceeds to run and kick it... explodes. It was a bomb. Yuna gets thrown back by the explosion.... along with Tidus' head which promptly lands by Yuna with his expression frozen with surprise. She promptly passes out.
There's apparently a lot of sexual stuff in it. There's a scan of one page in which Tidus tells Yuna if they get into battle he might lose his fighting spirit because he's distracted by how sexy she is.
There's another plotline going on throughout the book about some new characters, and that one goes straight into NTR territory, so I guess it all added up, for those readers.
Some other things from it. I havn't read the actual nvoel since it's Japansese only but the audio drama from the HD collection wasn't much to right home about.

Ishimoto's best work is in the battle themes he did for Birth by Sleep.

The worst thing about those two is that they'll eventually add them to the character roster. Taking up two slots that could of been used for something better, like a Hypello or a Moomba.
Instead of regular holes you have many squares
It's a symbol of the bright future of the company and its many games to come

Just kidding. I usually don't question it. This one though is different for me. I imagined Materia with all of the openings in her dress filled up and she looks better in my opinion.
Haha maybe! Maybe it's a way to test himself.
That reminds me, was Cosmos ever playable? She and Chaos were the orignal Gods in Dissidia (also had a squicky kind of romance between the two when you think about it) and I know Chaos became playable but I don't think Cosmos ever became a playable fighter.
