I would say beyond a shadow of a doubt he has.

The sexual/romantic style pictures of them together when she was young already shows to me that he has gone too far past the 'loving dad' role and into something else. Then when you include all the comments he has made it just adds up.

Trump supporters, probably not. However, I think there are a ton of American voters that pay little attention to the specifics of an election until the final few weeks. That's why the debate was key, even though it was just the same Trump being Trump we've seen speech after speech. I am sure a lot of typically right leaning voters who don't pay much attention until near the end, finally saw the man speak longer than a soundbite during the nightly news.

This is what I'm starting to realize. I've been giving the benefit of the doubt that all of the people saying that both candidates are the same have generally been following both left and right wing media article titles and shit they've been generally hearing from the news instead of doing any detailed reading. No sane person would knowingly believe that Trump is qualified after all the shit he's said and done. I could see them not liking Hillary for various reasons, but that doesn't take away from the fact that she's definitely qualified.
