I have a gtx 960 2 gb card and it doesn't matter what the settings are. My frame rate barely nudges unless I lower the resolution to 720p. However, if I turn off AA my frame rate actually LOWERS to 30 fps. Weird. Being a PC gamer is difficult sometimes. I was having a blast playing the game before I became curious about my fps. Now I'm obsessed with trying to raise my frame rate, even though I didn't care before I seen lol.
Sorry if it's been answered, but how do you uncap the frame rate? I can't get it above 60. I have a 144hz G-Sync monitor.

Try these cvars in the console:
com_maxfps 144
r_swapinterval 0
r_displayrefresh 144
vid_restart
It may not take effect in the menus themselves. I had to load up a game.
have you tried disabling the ingame Vsync?
Press the button on your monitor to change it to 144hz whilst in-game.
com_maxfps is considered an "unknown command."
r_swapinterval 0 seemed to do nothing. Neither did r_displayrefresh 144.
vid_restart seemed to work, but still capped at 60.
Of course. Even tried going into the Nvidia Control Panel and forcing it off, and forcing on G-Sync on a per-application basis.
Make sure your desktop refresh rate is the same as the one you want ingame, then press alt+enter ingame two times to switch from windowed and back.
If that doesn't work try switching between borderless and fullscreen.
Is anyone else getting the 'slow motion, underwater' feel on low spec machines?
I am running on this laptop:
Haswell i7 2.5 gHz
750M 2GB
16GB
At 720p with LOW I am getting about 23fps but it feels super laggy and unplayable.
1080p is 16fps and literally unplayable because of the lag.
This can't be right...
Thanks! So, I'm able to get up to 144 fps in Windowed mode (with the border), but it's capped at 60 in fullscreen and borderless windowed
This sucks.

"the button?"
Using this RockPaperShotgun's guide how to disable mouse smoothing and intro isn't working for me. No, I didn't add the "" in launch options.
Add space and 1 after the intro disabling line. RPS forgot that for some reason.
Also, you probably need to add mouse smoothing thing to CFG file as well.
Though i swear there's no difference even after adding both launch and CFG lines for disabling mouse smoothing...
Something we should bother them about on Twitter. Just patch it into the in-game options. Thanks for the help.
Strange, is your desktop resolution the same as your ingame res? If not try setting both the desktop refresh rate and resolution to match ingame.
I upped mouse sensitivity to 6.6. Dunno if the mouse smoothing is on or not but if it is, it doesn't seem to be bothering me.
guys the game is worth for a single player experience? Or should i jump to buy it with the season pass that it almost has a price of a full game (and is fully orientated to MP)
Wireless xbox one controller doesn't seem to be working at all. When I press a button it recognizes the controller and switches to the controller GUI but none of the buttons do anything.
Any ideas?

6600k @ 4.2, 16 gigs ram, xfx 390. Was running okay (50 - 100 fps) but today I've had three hard crashes. Not sure whats going on but a patch (especially for us AMD users) would be great.
Finally got to check it out. Runs great with pretty much everything at Ultra and 2160 res. Getting in the area of 75 FPS and since I have G-Sync that is good enough for me in SP.
So my question for those that have played both MP & SP already on PC can the two have different Graphic settings? Or are the settings universal for both? If they are universal which I believe they are, is there a tool I may not know about that creates different profiles for games easily? Like Profile Inspector or whatever it is called?
Also I hope bumping up the FOV (which I just did before stopping playing so I cannot confirm) will help with the motion sickness I somewhat feel. I have NEVER felt it from gaming so it is kind of crazy I feel like I am experiencing it now, but doing a quick Google shows me that a decent amount of people experienced it in Wolfenstein, so it appears it may be something with the RAGE engine?
Real solid game so far though. Some of these secrets must be really well hidden too as I am looking for them no doubt and not finding all of them. Only on Level 3 too.
Looking for some insight before I take the plunge.
i7 4820K @ 3.7 GHz
16 GB DDR3
GTX 760 MSI 2GB OC
How does GAF think it'll stack up?
i7-920, 12GB RAM, EVGA GTX 760 2GB using 365.19 NVIDIA drivers. All options set to HIGH, 16x10 - 1920x1200. FPS is flucating from high 40's to 50's but feels buttery smooth (feels like steady 60+ fps even during hectic events).
I have the same issue as you. There's seems to be some kind of bug with 960 cards. I saw users on reddit and the steam forum having the same problem.
The really weird thing about this is that changing the settings from, let's say, high to low does next to nothing. It's like it doesn't even matter.
1) Did you check it is using correct GPU, discrete rather than integrated?
2) 750M is weaker than GTX 670 which is the minimum for the game.
Posted this in the OT not realizing this topic existed, so hopefully I can get some answers here. Keep in mind I was out of PC gaming for about 3 years so I am brushing up on what can be done, and truth is I did not do a whole lot back when I did game religiously on the PC. Just the basic stuff, and never did what I am asking about below with different profiles? I realized after posting that question can I just use GE Force Experience to switch the profile between SP and MP easily? I just prefer a higher frame rate in the MP, somewhere around 90 would be sweet, so am going to have to lower some graphical settings from what is setup in SP.
Anyway here is the post...
r_dof "0"
r_mode "17" //1920x1080
g_fov "100"
m_smoothing "0"
r_antialiasing "5"
vid_restart

My other rig has a 960 4GB, locked 60fps at high settings, 1080p, didn't try ultra but might be good enough to play.
I enabled the stats overlay and I am clearly CPU limited in a lot of areas even with my 4.4GHz i7 4770K when I try and reach 120FPS.
Definitely hope Vulkan will help push those frames higher (and going by that Vulkan demo they showed a while back that certainly looks possible).
Here was the difference for me between low and ultra presets, CPU limited on both settings. I'm guessing it's the draw calls or something holding it back? http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/172935
Same boat on my PC. Yeah, i think Vulkan will clear up a lot of COU bottlenecks.I enabled the stats overlay and I am clearly CPU limited in a lot of areas even with my 4.4GHz i7 4770K when I try and reach 120FPS.

As a comfy couch gamer mostly : how is gamepad support on PC?
