I'm not a PC player. I play on all the consoles these days. Never on PC.

I'm 100% digital for quite a while, I really don't see what's the fuzz is about. Probably some ideological/philosophical stuff, but I deem those really minor and irrelevant.

It's preference! What are you loosing if others still have this option. Really strange.

More and more devs are doing this shite. If they can press the disc at least make sure all the game data is on it for those who invest in physical. Not so hard of a concept really. There are plenty of people who are all digital so this doesn't really bother them and I get it. People have had Steam for like 20 years now. Do you really think they are afraid of losing anything?

They should be. But on PC you have other options still.

I mean after 20 years even physical is in danger. Your house could burn down and your physical games are gone. Kids could destroy them, dogs, robbery. I'd agree with you otherwise but it's hard to argue against Steam 20 years of service.

Sony and MS are different cause they can and will ban your account which stops you from accessing your games even offline. So when it comes to those two companies I do agree with you but IMO Steam is different and has earned trust. If Sony ever screwed me over like that then yea I'd just go back to PC gaming and I'd redownload every single game I owned for free.
