Played really poorly in terms of cs in lane but had kotl giff me mana for rocket spam and then spent the rest of the game rolling around getting kills.

Veil gyrocop is pretty amazing, and I imagine its hilarious with ocarina core and refresher.

Seems like it does not, but it still lowers the cooldown which is great for gyrocop's farming.
