It's like the League model I think where you have to pay for heroes (and skins). Possibly more abusive though.

Booted it up for the first time last week and was kind of disgusted after the first tutorial. Controls felt bad too.

IE Navi's back, Clown9 takes 2nd, Veni, Vidi, Vici Gaming, etc

The good things about the game is you don't need to use your brain and the characters are charismatic and look good.
