Tho farming Nyx and jungling Tinker is kinda interesting.
But if you think about it, Ice Shards + Flare could be pretty devastating. The Sprout + Flare is pretty good too.

It rises above trolling when there's money on the line, against a TI qualifier team, no less. Maybe QPAD won't take ire at the gambit. Maybe it won't matter.

That is a weird way to describe invoker. I doubt league will ever make a hero where you actively micro for more than 10 seconds (I was so disappointed when I played yorick, described as a minion master...) or one that has more than 5 skills (udyr almost broke it). Their target audience simply does not like/care about having a hero who is a "burden" to play. IIRC Zileas made an argument about how complexity != fun, I think people wanted swain's dot to function like witch doctor's maledict, or at one point it did, and they changed it. One of the reasons my friend won't get into dota is because using items are much more active and require extra keybindings, that enough turned him off.
I keep missing these games with the new hero picks

Yeah also Clock vs. Skywrath is probably a bad idea. I mean yeah cogs mana burn, but if the Skywrath isn't in the cogs, and doesn't get knocked away by them, it's suicide.
And Jerax is pretty much the worst Nyx ever.

I wish they had continued to enforce this. Treated it as if it were team colors in TF2. It really wouldn't have changed anything other than minor color variants, but some contributors could have really taken it far (like a Dire Shagbark could have looked wicked).

These games were lost at the draft.
And Select needs to learn to play something else. His Magnus is not very good. Probably shouldn't be on such a high impact hero.
He totally missed a skewer on alch in the end... or maybe he just wanted to get away, looked like a miss though.

I just unboxed my first unusual (across TF2 or Dota), hurray! Thank you Valve for forcing me to add $5 to my account, even though I only wanted to spend $2. Ended up grabbing a key with the remaining balance, opened one chest and voilà.

I'm known for having absolute terrible luck when it comes to any form of gambling, so I was pretty stoked to unbox an unusual. He'll see a lot of action.I need help. A friend likes to play with Vengeful Spirit, but he's bad at it, or at least I don't remember any match where it went well.
He usually goes support, but sometimes goes carry when playing solo if he gets fed (rarely, I guess).
What situations this hero excels at? I thought it would be excellent against squishy heros / channeling, but I can't think any more than that. However this dota buff stats tell me vengeful spirit's worst nighmare is sand king, which is a bit weird...

First time solo q ever today. Random Puck and go mid, so far every thing ok, we have 2 supports, nice..
Tide wants jungle, no wards, no flying courier after 15 minutes. I asked nicely if we can get wards and flying courier.
