We usually can predict which hero is incoming this way due new voices/skills/artwork being included in the patches

On a different note I got chat banned for 24h yesterday for the first time.After ~10 wins I had two pretty bad games but I didn't really stand out as the one in fault.Everyone was pretty bad in my team both times.I was pretty calm in both those games (was pretty happy for some other reasons yesterday) so I didn't snap blaming gods and players.
Do we know how many reports it took for this to happen (24h chat ban)?

Yeah its taking a lot of work bringing Bink to next gen.
