That said, I just had a game where someone was saying my kdr was all fake and fed etc..the game was pretty close and I felt like quitting in the beginning but we actually won in the end

That sucks a lot. Valve is footing the bill so they can do it however they feel is best.

They did say that this would be their last International but I hope if they change their minds on doing a 4th, or someone else picks up the slack, that the last 3 slots aren't based on even more invitationals.

Leave the last two qualifier slots for east/west as a prize in an amateur tournament. It is great that we get to see the top teams qualify but I'm sure there are some really good teams that just can't afford to do pro stuff without sponsors.
