Are you sure that's a bug? I may be wrong, but I think right after the spell hits there is a short (and intended) threshold period where affected units won't wake up from incoming damage. I can't remember the exact numbers, but it should be like this for ~ 0.5s to 1s after the sleep is applied. Somewhat similar to how Bane's sleep makes a unit invulnerable for roughly a second.

edit: I actually like AS first on meepo. It is faster farm and faster level 16. The only item I may go before that is blink dagger if the team is actively ganking, but that rarely happens in solo queue.
Excellent. As for hotkeys, I stay minimal... 2 = all other meepos, 3 = all meepos, space = main meepo. So when I blink gank... it is 2->spam left click and W -> space-blink
Its actually really easy... it took me one bot game to learn it well.
You can pretty much upg that sentence to "Every hero that isn't Zephyr".
Watch who you're talking to. Freakinchair is one of the best players in the game, his teammates just always suck, I swear.

I believe you can set that up within a match itself.
Try creating a practice lobby, and then playing around the Items tab. You can drag drop items from the shop to make your own item list.
If that doesn't work, then your build is so bad that it's actively working against you.

Well, Merlini was with Shaang and he's still around. I think they were still around in some capacity when I left. Anyway, all the old DotA talk in the other thread got me looking for my old WC3 replays. The oldest of which were a bunch of his.
Yeah. It's unfortunate they didn't get an invite but they seem like an incredibly new team. Looking over their Liquidpedia page, I'm only seeing results from March and on which is really late to start making a name. At the end of the day, someone's not going to get an invite and someone who is mostly hype through untested player reputation will probably take a backseat to teams that have been more involved in competitions.
Potm bottom got screwed out of TI2 last year because they formed so late. Prove your team is both strong and relatively stable and you can come to TI4.

Wildcard qualifier aye. So don't play like shit and they will make it in.
How did the wildcard qualifier work last year? I remember it happening at TI2 but not how it actually went about.

One of the teams had last minute passport/Visa issues and thus couldn't make it to Seattle. This happened like 24-48 hours before the actual tournament..Forget which team it was..
Not how the wildcard works. It's the runnerups of each qualifier that go at it for that spot.
The only truth bomb he dropped was "scrims don't mean shit." Everything else he said was "let's oppose for opposition's sake" garbage. When you have 3 pro players from 3 separate teams and 3 separate backgrounds, 2 invited and 1 in the qualifiers, all shocked saying Kaipi was the favorite to win the qualifiers; I highly doubt that comes from not wanting to hurt EE's feelings.

I just like to see the best play at the International and the few games I saw of Kaipi were really solid games. I don't think saying "POTM BOTTOM GOT SCREWED LAST YEAR TOOOO" is a good argument. POTM Bottom shouldn't have been screwed either rofl. Year after year, as acknowledged by pros and the majority of players alike, some solid teams are getting jipped. That's something that needs to be fixed.
Who would you replace with Kaipi?
