also adding a bounty to the clone doesn't actually slow arc warden down, it just gives your team a marginal boost. he will still have rapier way before you are able to deal with it and he will still be hiding off the map sending his rapier-equipped 10 second bkb clone with its army of necro creeps at you every 50 seconds or whatever.
imo the only way to make this sensible is to change the way item cooldowns work, or perhaps to make it so that all effects created by the clone end when the clone dies (i.e. necro units die after 20 seconds).
