Uhmm how will you play it without a thumb? Thats an dumb deal ;)

Breaking it. 1 month without playing to please the gamer's God :P

Edit: Sad story:
There are people without finger(s) who play.
Oculus had a problem with "Everyone has two banda" statement yesterday.

I feel like we'll see both.

I don't know anything - that's just my prediction.
Or both, yes. But I don't think we will see both at the same time (at E3).

Pretty sure this is Battletoads and we won't see Banjo until next year.
Yep. Or maybe at the end of this year.

I can understand people feeling Microsoft's was better because at the end of the day both were pretty sparse but MS had the better pacing, more entertaining show with less fluff, and that is important, this is a major marketing event and they did it better.

Sony really need to cut down on the suits and their droning on about rubbish nobody turning into an E3 conference is going to care about.
Exactly! A major marketing event. And I agree with the media, etc. that Sony did better.
But like I've said, everybody has their own opinion.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love a DMC5 announcement, but think it's too early.

Even though I think something is in the bushes if you look at what is happening.

I think the unannounced Platinum game is gonna be either Metal Gear Rising 2 or a new IP from Inaba's team. Kamiya's team is working on Scalebound and Hashimoto's team just came out with Bayonetta 2 so I think it's too soon for them to reveal their next game leading me to think we'll see whatever Inaba's team has been working on whether it's MGR2 or a new IP. I doubt we'll see sequels to TW101 or Vanquish since those sold less than Bayonetta.

Incoming Sony cash injection.

With that Itsuno statement, does anyone else find it kind of crazy how Capcom can't seem to find the money to create a sequel to two of their biggest selling games last generation?

They must be in poorer shape than I thought.

It's going to be revealed on IGN's live stream, it can't be anything big otherwise surely it would be at one of the press conferences.

I've been thinking what the gaming convention equivalents to football events would be.
E3 is the World Cup.
Gamescom is the Champions League final.
TGS is the League Cup final.
PSX is the FA Cup final.

This works because as a PS4 owner and Gunners fan,
we just won the FA Cup xD

It's actually gonna be revealed on Keighley's pre-E3 stream show. The Wonderful 101 was revealed on an IGN thing in 2012 so it could be something big.

Metal Gear is a Konami franchise first and foremost; the YouTube E3 teaser did mention PlatinumGames specifically and not 'a new Konami game' which should have been the case if this was another Rising game. Remember how Wonderful 101 was announced as another Nintendo game.

I still think the idea that EatChildren/Duckroll brought up makes the most sense: it's a new original IP they will publish on their own, digitally.

And talking about that, we had a rumor about it's sequel in E3, didn't?

Well... look at the current state of home consoles in Japan.

DMC5 would be fantastic. I do think after the remaster of DmC and DMC4 it could well be on the cards. Seems a bit random to 'remaster' those two games otherwise.

Sony are clearing up some more space for e3, new gameplay for Kill Strain, Drawn to Death are up and Guns up is on tonight. Here

This is good. Get everything that will be overshadowed out of the way. Everyone gets to shine.

You just have to hope they are smart enough not to show us all this stuff again in the presser and expect us to care.

I don't think they will. The conference has plenty of things to fill time with. If we see these again, it'll be in a montage

I do kind of have a faint dread in the pit of my stomach that Sony may be showing all this stuff pre-show and then re-tread through it during the press conference. For example anything R&C related, if at the conference, would better have been left for the show to make a more exciting first impression.

If half their content is just showing all this stuff we've seen the past week, that would be a big misjudgement on their part. At least in my opinion.

However, if they are clearing the way so they can have an announcement packed conference full of unannounced games then i'm all for it!

The way I see it is, if they show off new trailers for these games or new features/mechanics, I'm okay with it. But a playthrough that goes over many of the things that have already been covered... that's not good.

Personally, a montage with all of these games is the best way to go about it.

Either IntelliHeath is a massive Deus Ex fan or he's got a glaring omission on his list there.

Edit - Shit, I forgot about The Last Guardian. Wow, Fuse 2 but no Mankind Divided. That's got to hurt the folks over at Eidos Montreal.
