So much for NMS not being at E3.
I still don't get how people can interpret "not at press conference" as "not at E3"

Because E3's on Tuesday. The press conference is on Monday.
Yup. Geoff has been saying they'll at least be on his youtube show.
While I understand people judge the E3 based on the EA, Ubi,Sony, and MS press conferences. E3 is actually so much more.
The actual write ups and game previews are actually the best part.

No need for another demo to appear at Sony's press conference anyways. I wouldn't be surprised for them to announce a retail version though.

any bets on if Sony and EA do an E3 beta for Battlefront? i know Sony is doing the marketing for SW Battlefront and it seems like EA would maybe want to test out soe things with a beta, especially considering Battlefront Hardline released without issue after a beta or two prior to release.
This has been my life for the past week. Everyone making me want to cheat.
Might be part of the fun little gift all the theatre folks get!

E3 2015 Predictions
A lot of these are just crazy off the wall thoughts but I think at least something from here will happen.
Smash:
A .25 discount off a DLC characters for each character you have already bought for a maximum of $1 off.
Namco and Sega will get second reps of Kos-Mos and Bayonetta. Kos-Mos may come with an announcement of a 3DS port of Xenosaga DS with Episode III. Bayonetta may come with a small Jeane spinoff for Wii U for $30.
Wolf will come of course. Also announced will be Dixie Kong, Impa and Chorus Kids.
Mario Kart will get a final Battle Mode expansion with four classic courses and 6 characters for $8. All the DLC will be bundled and released as a standalone retail release for $30 this holiday.
Mario Maker:
Mario Maker will allow 8 worlds with four levels with the last level being a boss to be uploaded.
Amiibo support will allow you to play as certain characters and they can't use powerups. A new type of powerup will be a slash. Link will be included in game and have this as his only attack. All sword characters can be usable with the same exact abilities. Samus will be in a shoot as will other characters. Finally Kirby can suck and shoot enemies.
Star Fox:
Shield and Giant Robot are a part of it. There will be a 4-player split-screen and a 8-player online mode. Amiibo support with custom paint jobs for Amiibo characters.
Animal Crossing for Wii U:
Character customization. Able to take a train to a virtual city plaza where you can see other player's villagers and shops. Amiibo support for exclusive patterns and furniture items.
Donkey Kong Country third game announced for Wii U by Retro. Stars Diddy Kong. Return of Kremlins. Funky Kong playable. Release early 2016.
Hayashi from Team Ninja appears to talk about Fatal Frame V. He then reveals Hyrule Warriors 3DS. Finally he reveals another project he is collaborating with Omega Force on, Ni-Oh for Wii U. Takemaru will be playable in game.
Capcom shows up. Talks about Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Wii U announced. December in Japan spring for West.
Capcom also announces Nintendo vs. Capcom for 3DS. Developed by Eighting to be released this fall. First characters shown are Ryu and Chun-Li along with Link and Samus. 2 vs. 2. Tag switching exclusive to New 3DS. Port to Wii U first half of 2016. Wonder Red vs. Viewtiful Joe. Mega Man vs. Waluigi. Mega Maker announced with e-bit, Snes and 3D sprites.
Zelda will have a male and female Link. You can customize hair and skin. Allows you to be closer to character.
Zelda will be split into three parts each for 29.99, based on three Godesses. First part with 10 year-old Link in March, second part is 16 year-old Link in July and final part is 21 year-old Link in November. Each one has its own independent villain. First is Vaati. Each one has at least four unique dungeons with a few dungeons shared between them. Two parts have more content than any one Zelda game in past.
F-Zero AGX. HD port of GX with all AX stages automatically available. 6-player online with track editor on Gamepad.
Mario 3D Land 2 for 3DS. Features playable Toad, Peach and Rosalina and two-player co-op.

hopefully . I just feel like there's so little we know about mechanics and even as a gamer I have no idea the broad appeal of this series in 2015; so I think it'd make sense for EA to test servers, the game, bugs, and overall interest with a beta . we all know the last thing Battlefront and Dice need are a shitty launch.

People, I know I'm overthinking, about "What are the most possible names for Project Morpheus?"
So I came to think about why Morpheus is already a good name, and what kind of thoughts it could follow to a new name.
Morpheus, the God
Known as the God of Dreams(Greek mythology), is a perfect fit for a device where your perception is the same as a dream. You are in another world. So, the name should be about it, and not on sight purely.
The idea of a dream, is a mix of images, thoughts and sensatios, so I don't think a thing like "eye" or "vision" will be releated to the final name.
The sound
What is more appealing for general marketing? Vaca or cow? Pirulito or lollipop? Vita(as Latin) or Morpheus?
I'm not impling a language is better than another, pls. I preffer a device named Vita than Life. What I'm impling is the acceptance of it's words and the easeness to understand and memorize it.
I think it's harder to find people not accepting something in english than a Latin based language.
So, what comes to your mind?

theyre advertising partners, similar to Destiny last year, so its already known Battlefront will show up at the Sony conference.

yea so dont expect Xbox One to have any real Battlefront advertising, and expect Sony to announce some sort of SW themed console and bundle, possibly even exclusive content or a beta. i guess we'll see. but yea theyre Sony and EA are definitely in an advertising deal for Battlefront.

Was actually watching an interview with Sean Murray and the guys doing the soundtrack today and there was a good bit of new footage. One was an awesome section showing a giant middle pillar with one of those transport portals with a dozen other smaller pillars surrounding it. Looked awesome

Wasn't going to to, but what the heck, here's my E3 predictions.
WARNING: common sense was missing for some predictions.
MS & Sony will show more of their Virtual Reality devices..Especially MS.
Nintendo will show more Mario maker and other 1st party titles. Will announce more Amiibo figures. The Wii U Zelda won't be shown (think gamespot has something about that). New Mario game for both WII U & 3DS. A new Star Fox game coming to the Wii U & 3DS. No new console announced and a lack of 3rd party support still an issue for the WII U.
Sony will promote SF V a lot since it will be a PS4 exclusive. Horizon will be shown, If they haven't already, the new Gran Turismo will be shown....November 2016 release.....maybe. Newest Uncharted will be shown much more..incl gameplay. Same goes for the new Ratchet & Clank game. Jax and Dexter for PS4 will be announced. A lot of Final Fantasy will be shown...incl FF7. More games available on Playstation Now. Not much will be shown for the Vita. Finally, (Crazy Alert) Due to the SF4 issues, Sony will give SF4 for free for PS4 PS+ subscribers for the rest of June.
Microsoft will promote the shoit out of Halo V incl a MP public beta for the game to come out in August for 1 or 2 months. Forza 6 will be shown including gameplay and it will look stunning. More Fable legends will be shown. A new Perfect Dark game will be coming to the Xbox One only from Rare. Much more from Tomb Raider..incl gameplay. Finally, (crazy alert) MS will announce that the Halo Master Chief Collection will be available on games for gold (free) for the rest of June. Windows 10 will be shown on stage to explain what Xbox One features will be available on the PC. Likewise, what to expect on the Xbox One in terms of Windows 10.
For Both PS4 & XBO: Both will show all 3rd party games like Assassins creed. However, games like SW Battlefront & Fallout 4 will get more time on stage than other games. Both will promote the upcoming Batman game on stage. Expect at lot of DLC announced for games like SW battlefront.
Finally. EA will announced Mass Effect 4 from Bioware incl backstory, some characters, and how freaking big the universe will be. Graphics will look incredible and expect unprecedented (bigger than Witcher 3) amount of exploration and a huge amount of characters you can recruit to your team. Also, you will be able to customize your ship alot. EA will announce the Mass Effect Remasterd edition for the PC, PS4, & Xbox One. It will include all DLC and improved graphics. Unfortunately, the inventory issues with ME 1 will still be there and the ending in ME 3 will not change. ME 4 will be available in 2016 (2016 E3 will have a date announcement) and the Remaster trilogy will be available in November 2015.
