On one hand, it's a vile sentiment Em is evoking. On the other hand, it's pure theatre.
Tons of rappers take on the role of criminal or outright villain when they perform. They talk of robbery, drug dealing, snatching watches and necklaces, defending territory with murder, rape. Fuck man, Easy E spit a rhyme about forcing his dick in an opponents mouth and pissing on him.
It's all fake as fuck and really means nothing. It mostly a bunch of dudes pretending that they're Tony Montana.
If you think his verses contribute to rape culture or something like that you may have a point, I don't know for sure one way or the other. That said, if you think rap is in any way artistic you can explain away these horrid themes as an exploration of evil. "Look at what you created world! You've created me, a repugnant monster."
At the very least it brings attention to the work. No rapper wants to say something only to be ignored.
