No, but I was already at 100% OE when my ruler died, and it took me a few years to get back to zero stability. I also had to fight my vassal's rebels, because instead of coring all the provinces I gave them, they decided to westernize. It took them decades just to core a single province. But I was much more willing to expend manpower than raise autonomy or spend points to deal with the problem, even though I was fighting a war against Bahmanis simultaneously. It was more of a distraction than anything.

Hope my computer will actually manage to run the game properly between now and 21.00. Keep getting the Windows blue ring of death and subsequently crashing in the startup process :(

EDIT: BE was so strange. I don't get why it wasn't just made an expansion for Civ 5.
