The buffs are actually predictable atleast(the same animal types drop the same buff), even if I wasn't seeing it happen whatsoever in the alpha one of the turtle rock matches I watched had them camp out around the corpse that gives the monster a strong buff so he couldn't eat it before the corpse decomposed.

You can also do stuff like put landmines all around it, kill the animal and get the buff for your team then use Lazarus to revive it, things like that since these are from the bigger monsters.

You can see that happen here as the monster is trying to get the 35% dmg buff.

So uh.. I went in the alpha, decided to turn it off and go play Infamous instead, and the second I tried to boot Infamous, my PS4 died. Just froze for like 15 seconds and shut down. Controller isn't turning it on, neither is the power button. Not really sure what to do. Do I do that whole "hold the button for 60 seconds and boot it into safemode" thing?
