Wondering what the minor felt is largely irrelevant in these cases. Doesn't matter if you personally were 12 years old and masturbating to pornstars all day ready to go. If someone fucks with you before the legal age in that given state then they're going to catch a felony. That's the end of it. Doesn't matter what the legal age limit is in Japan or Europe, what you felt like when you were that age or all this other nonsense GAF talks about concerning these cases.

You fuck what is legally considered a minor and get caught? It's a wrap.

Around 2 a.m., Shattuck left the younger children sleeping in the rental home and took the alleged victim and other teenagers to a liquor store, the affidavit states. There, she purchased Miller Lite and Bud Light for them, according to the affidavit.

Back at the house, according to the affidavit, Shattuck then asked the alleged victim to help her walk the dog. Once they got outside, she began kissing him and fondling him, then performed oral sex on him, according to the affidavit.

The boy then went up to a rooftop deck, where he, Shattuck, and the other teenagers drank alcohol.

Shattuck then "came up and said that [the alleged victim] needs to go to bed," according to the affidavit.

According to the affidavit, the boy then went into Shattuck's bedroom. She stripped down to her underwear, performed oral sex on him again and told him she would be willing to have intercourse. He decided to leave.

Putting her mouth on his penis doesn't sound as bad as getting hit, beaten, and over-powered to do it. So I'm kinda giggling with what Bravocado said from the perspective of a "15 year old deviant". Mainly thinking because oral is usually more pleasurable for the receiver more than the actual performer.

I don't think anyone's arguing whether what we she did was illegal. But when some people here act like this was some disgraceful, reprehensible act, when that same case would be legal all over the world, then I get a little uncomfortable.

Also, throwing the word 'rape' around, when the kid was in a position to leave voluntarily (as he did), is downright insulting to all the people who are victims of actual rape.

You should read the second article from Baltimore, where she found him on line, started sending suggestive messages, would get him drunk, would pick him up during his lunch breaks, and had a party for him and his friends where she got them drunk and took him to a bed room, blew him, and said she'd fuck him. And the kid left because he was uncomfortable with it and told his parents. Classic predator behavior.

It's really hard to draw the line. Would it have been ok if he were 16? 18? Would it have been ok if she were younger? Is it ever ok if two people younger than 18 sleep together?

We as a society had to draw a line, we picked "18" in the U.S. as the magic age, but I think everyone understands that's somewhat arbitrary.

I thought my second paragraph got that across. It's gross, she's gross, and clearly messed in the head. Any predatory behaviour is wildly innappropriate and I'm glad he found a way to stop it (albeit he should have done so sooner, many in that kind of situation should; but that's a matter of educating what is/isn't appropriate behaviour from others).

But he lied about it, his suit was never found, blood was found in his limousine and the other two guys were acquitted.

Although I guess that's beside the point of this thread.
