I believe you missed a few YAS's in there.
On a serious note, no one really knows when or what the FBI is going to do.
Even if Clinton is indicted, we don't know if that will even impact the campaign.
They already said they were going to end their investigation with an interview.

I think there is a difference between believing it's a conspiracy and acknowledging that, like Benghazi, it's a much overblown issue being used by her enemies to thwart her Presidential bid.

Funny thing is if indeed they find nothing, the slander having been done, there's also a positive way to turn it around, for both Benghazi and the emails:

Plenty of people believe its a conspiracy, and it's ridiculous. She lied to the victim's families of Benghazi about the cause of the incident. That isn't necessarily illegal, but it's low.

It's not possible at this point to "find nothing." The private server in question definitely exists, and we definitely know that it was used to handle classified information. And the only plausible reason for doing this in the first place was to avoid FOIA requests. All of that is already established.
I seriously doubt that Hillary is indicted. From what I understand, there is a very high bar to clear if you want to successfully prosecute somebody for mishandling classified information, and that's as it should be, in my opinion. But "Hillary wasn't indicted" isn't the same thing as "Hillary did nothing wrong." Everybody who believes in government transparency should be critical of her email setup, even if it wasn't criminal.

Loretta Lynch saying she will follow FBI's recommendations is really just a setup for a no indictment course of action.
When the FBI reports that they do not recommend anything like that, she can absolve herself of justice department meddling.
We've known about this exit interview for awhile now and that it was coming to wrap everything up.

I imagine it would depend on the outrage from the Democratic base and the polling. If it looks really bad, I'm sure the DNC can find or make up some rule that rejects her as the nom. Since the DNC has been biased towards her the whole time, that's unlikely. But not impossible if they look in danger of losing.
If they do punt her, I guess it would be, "Heeeeeeeeere's Bernie!"
That's my worst case scenario.

Naw, I find that highly unlikely. Democrats would rally behind Bernie because the last thing anyone on the left wants is Trump winning. Plus Bernie would do well (as he has) with independents that care about issues like free trade where Trump is doing well.
I had a civil suit deposition I took part in that easily took three hours, and it was concerning an event that lasted ten minutes. So this amount of time doesn't mean much.

I thought it had been shown so far that all "classified" elements that went through that server were labeled as such retro-actively?
And by "nothing" I obviously meant "nothing criminal", as Hilary Clinton has already admitted that it wasn't the best judgement and that in hindsight (which is always 20/20) she should have done things differently.

Independents don't exist, nearly everyone is partisan and Bernie does not have much of a following with minorities, who are the ones that are carrying the last two elections in terms of swing states.
Bernie is not vetted, Bernie is completely untested, Bernie has plenty of dirt from his past that will be brought up. His comments from 30 years ago (that he recently refused to walk back) about praising Cuba alone could easily hand Florida to Trump.
