Tell them that you have to talk to them about something personal. They'll make time, right? Is whatever it is stuck on your mind and keeping you from enjoying the game? That's basically how I've been for the past few weeks so I get it.
sounds like you are not fully satisfied with the way the conversation went or they are not as invested in it as you are.
if either of these are the case then assert yourself and make what you are wanting to communicate clear. if you are still not getting the attention you want at that point move on because it's clear they are not interested.

Reminds me of when I kept getting loaned out to various family friends because they knew that I was majoring in Computer Science. Thankfully it was nothing substantial. Just stuff like transferring files to a new computer, setting computers up, etc.

I've felt this way for awhile but it was just about hanging out without a camera in your face
I know the thing is to tell them that the situation gets in the way of you being friends but that's a conversation I don't really want to have.
Not sure if by the hour is better or worse. Guess it depends on the rate you'll do it and how much you're getting paid. My friend though takes like 20 minutes to make a drawing and had to pay for his own booth so that wasn't a good decision imo

It's a private company that's taking Musk's idea and running with it. Apparently they have an agreement already with Slovakia to build one from Bratislava to Vienna and Budapest.
No idea if it's legit or not yet, but I'll see where it goes.

Musk isn't actually involved in any of the development for a hyperloop right now. SpaceX created the idea, and then open sourced all information and patents related to it. Right now there are three companies exploring the possibilities.
I'm unsure right now. I just received the email about an hour ago. Once I get a reply I'll have more information to go on. This is separate from the Boston company (which I don't even start until Monday).

I'm not entirely sure that addiction entirely describes it but it's probably partially that. They set up a 6 hour a day schedule back when they started and normally these days do 8+ a day. It's weird how concerned about keeping the schedule they are but it's definitely partially from being overly selfless and wanting to make other people (what they perceive to be) happy and all that

man this dude messaged me AGAIN today at 6 pm...asking if I wanted to hang out this evening. maybe I'm super oldschool and weird about this too but don't you make date plans a little bit sooner than that? especially during a weekday. he could've asked me yesterday but he always waits until the last minute for some reason.
I was on my way to my work out class and actually busy this time. does he just think I sit around and wait for him to ask me out?

I think it might just be time to move on from him. He doesn't seem like he wants to put much effort into dating.
We can hang out about 3 years from now when my world calms down enough to allow me to travel out of the country though.

I have already moved on. I stopped replying to him yesterday and didn't reply to him today either. I don't even think about dating him anymore. I just wanted to vent since that got me upset again. that whole attitude comes off really shady somehow. like I'm not a pizza you can order that will be delivered within 30 minutes to your doorstep.

You shouldn't let him upset you as he it is not worth of any of your feelings. Ignore him and perhaps block him if possible. Plenty of guys out there that will do better than him.
It makes sense. You don't want someone to treat you as though your world revolves around them and act as though you'll jump at the chance every time they ask you to hang out. You have other things going and just wanted to see if it was going to go anywhere with them, but they didn't show any evidence of taking dating you seriously and shouldn't expect you to wait around because you deserve better than to be put on hold like that.
