It's not, but if the motivations of the characters seem so bizarre to me it becomes a distraction, especially when the entire thing the movie is building towards is just the ultimate example of the characters fighting for no reason other than in service of the name of the movie.
I can deal with minor logical problems, hell, it's not even that big a deal. The problem is Avengers is just a mess from start to finish and it has massively conflicting tones. "Tone" is what the movie feels like and how it makes you feel to watch it. The Avengers is all over the place. Sadness over civ casualties, confronting difficult questions, people growing into giants while other people make star wars jokes while spinning around their legs... Pick a tone
BvS grimdark tone worked very well for me on the whole because its silliness was seated within it. It's an understated silliness which I appreciate far more.

....I...I can kinda see where you're coming from actually.
There's something about the flow of the game that would totally lend to a "portable-esque" platform.
I'm also one of the few people it seems that was super into the new Strider.
It wasn't the best thing ever but it was a hell of a lot of fun and I'm a sucker for exploration/action game.

I started (multiple) Ultra Nightmare playthroughs and I finally pushed through to Foundry on Ultra Nightmare.
It's......it's so good. This should be the way people play this game.
I totally get that. There's a few places near the end of the game where there's just...nothing to do other than "go kill the last dude, 'kay?". The game totally could have benefit from a polished attack loop and some more areas to explore.
