Running is out due to my spinal injury, when I used to lift as a teenager I did countless thousands of calf raises and shit to no avail - it's genetic. The old man used to work on oil rigs and was buff as all hell but still had skinny arse calves and ankles.

It is what it is, and like I said, it's not like any past (or presumably future) girlfriends have ever given a shit.

My guess is that he saw some guy and he felt attraction or arousal. Maybe it was while watching porn or whatever but he doesn't need to actually have sex with a guy to reach that conclusion.
