For everything except deadlift and rows, the empty bar, so 45lbs. Deadlifts and rows start on the floor, so you have to have something holding them up. I have no idea if I started rows on the right weight, but it was supposed to be 65lbs (10lbs each side), and deadlifts I definitely didn't start on the right weight. It was meant to be 90lbs, but ended up doing 65lbs because I got confused about whether the plates were lbs or kgs.

They were lbs.
