I believe they authorize your card on order but don't actually charge till ship. It's kind of annoying since they seem to authorize every month or so from what I recall.

Temporarily. It charges you the full amount to make sure but then they give it back. They'll charge you for real once it ships.

Shit...well, I guess I'll either do Amazon or stop by in-store tomorrow to see if I have the option there. The wife will not be happy about that dipping into finances now, or really this whole thing period.

Usually they're playable if you're careful about things (and play on PC). But they have a lot of bugs.
Modders are still updating Skyrim's Unofficial patches, and that does included all kinds of bug fixes, scripts, content, models, placement, dialogue, whatever.

Also, just to get the super nerdy FO lore stuff out of the way: annoyed that they're leaning on Super Mutants and the Brotherhood of Steel, again.

That's the part that most makes it feel like Fallout 3 redux, to me. In such an interesting world it's disappointing that they'd go straight back to that well. I'm guessing they think those armour suits on box covers will sell games.

Personally, I find the BoS to be the least interesting part about the Fallout world so it drives me crazy. New Vegas was so much better off for sticking all of these assholes down in the bottom of a hole and hoping you'd never bother to find them.

Like I said earlier, if you are getting an error message on Amazon, make sure you are logged in first. Go to the homepage, log in, then try.
