Fellow Americans, do you realize how much people envy us?

I thought the point was a vehicular dick-waving competition?

You could've just pulled this out and won:

I will fellate many, many men for a Dodge Hemi Dart.

Cages do little for me.

Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Turkey are the countries that do not even envy the US in the slightest.

How many of these countries can people even locate on a map?

UK because it's an island, and Italy because it looks like a boot, that's about it.

I look forward to going to the US on my next holiday, don't think I would ever want to live there though. For some reason America is/was fairly low on my list of places to see, that's why I travelled to Asia and Europe first. It just doesn't really have the history, at least in comparison to many other countries.

Yea, becoming the most powerful country the world has ever known in less than 200 years means there's not as much history.

I'm happy you're finally visiting us though :)

Does the map have labels?

This says a lot about your education system. Also, free healthcare.

Seeing how Merkel can not even find Berlin on the map? I don't know if that is true.
I personally believe, that Angela Merkel,
is unable to do so,
because uh,
some, people out there, in Germany don’t have maps.
and uh…
I believe that our education like such as in South Africa,
and the Iraq,
everywhere like such as…
and, I believe they should uh,
our education over here,
in Germany should help Germany
or should help South Africa,
and should help the Iraq and Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future,
for us.

I'm sure most educated people could place all/most of those countries.

Becoming a super power is not synonymous with 'history'. I don't think you would find many people claiming that America's history is as rich/vibrant as Europe/Asia, but I'm responding to Korey here...so...

Nice troll thread btw

That's not what started it for Europe, Europe's own failings paved the way for the current crisis. The house of cards was going to come down at one point, US mortgage crisis was just the trigger.

...

I just posted a serious reply in a Korey thread. fml

fyl indeed, and mine too.

The UK's issue certainly was due to the US banking crisis, our public debt is now mostly due to bail outs, we weren't living above our means and have a good track record of taxation.

Anyway, we are in a Korey thread so lets revert back to generalisations and rhetoric.

Ehhh the starting issue was allowing certain countries to join the eurozone despite not meeting the criteria for Europe, which adversely affects it as a whole. while the uk doesn't use the euro, regional effects certainly affect your country

I love how most problems brought up with America are 1. obesity and 2. no health care.
I'd say prudity, strong christian values and gun laws are much more of a turn off.
