With 3-4-3 we really need the wingers to come back, cause going out to get the opponents wingers is just suicide for a CB as it leaves so much space.

It gets a bit confusing because a lot of the time I see people constantly switching flanks. I try and stay within my "catchment area" but a lot of us tend to follow the ball around like sheep, I have to actively stop myself doingf the same and just hang back, putting trust in our other players.

We also tend to send too many people to tackle one guy. When we try and zerg someone, what happens is that we draw men out and leave space open. So we need to start just trusting people in 1on1's and only go up if they get by passed. Also, we fuck each other up going in with too many!
