Do any of you play SF 3rd strike on 360? If so how is the multiplayer population?
You can usually find games and lobbies but not in the morning hours (1-8ish)
(Depending on your region). If you're on the west coast/hawaii/alaska you may run into japanese players from time to time

I dunno. I felt more comfortable importing the original cuz the releases were quite far apart. if June is correct, I feel like I can wait. Or I could cave.

...While I am asking noobish questions, are Tekken and DOA the only living 3d fighters?
I would love a current gen alternate to DOA and Tekken 7 for PS4 is a year away.
The last tournament I went to in Toronto had a bigger turnout for Virtua Fighter 5FS than for Marvel

I don't. I'm tired of them "trying" to make that character good.

It's actually the opposite- they keep making him bad because he causes lower-level players to ragequit. Ragequitting players = less quarters at arcades.
Combine dudley and Dhalsim into one character

My NWM7 impressions from last weekend.
- Tournament grew a lot since last year, the building was packed!
- Tekken 7 was fun to try out, I couldn't really tell if I was doing well when I played casuals against Jimmyjtran because he always hit me with a rage art to win, I think I was being used as a training dummy.
- I never quite realized how dirty Justin's glasses are, does he ever clean them? It's like they are perpetually fogged. And those NerdJosh pit stains, so hilarious!
- Team NeoGAF players were really enjoying themselves. KojiKOG brought anime related gifts for people he played in MMs, that dude was super popular among everyone.
- I didn't win anything in the raffle, I think maybe the girl who sold tickets forgot to put them into the box? One of the prizes was a NWM7 custom stick by Foehammer, twas godlike.
- It was good to see lots of players in the Skullgirls tournament, I think the new characters add quite a bit of variety to gameplay. It should be much more entertaining to spectate.
- Crowd monsters were so hype it was ridiculous, people were going nuts on Sunday. These people love their fighting games.
- It was good to see Cybit and Shouta again, as well as all the other familiar faces from last year.
- Can't wait for next year, it should be even bigger and better I think.
