Doesn't P4U2 have advanced buffer on inputs for 3 frames or so? Also I can't remember if plinking actually works.

Does plinking work on any of the anime games btw? UNIEL included.

Plinking in the sense of priority linking doesn't work in ASW stuff. In UNI I plink certain things to get OS, like you can plink A~D to get crouch tech with 2A but still get throw tech input. Don't think it works for the sake of priority linking though. P4U2 has a frame buffer, forget the exact number but it's pretty generous. That's just out of the stuff I play and understand the engines in.

Trying to play P4U2 online. Playing to improve in anything is becoming frustrating again.

What I've noticed is that if you plink (I don't think it has to be 1f the window seems weirdly large actually) a 2 button command that associated action always comes out.

In other news, Tachikawa is going to participate in X-Mania. He was the best player during early 90s in Japan and the national champion in Hyper Fighting. Daigo was influenced by him and Yayasagat when he was a kid.

That's the joke. The talent in SF4 is already ridiculous and it'll transfer over to SFV. Sonicfox joining the field would just mean another top player, not a new god who will dominate the game for a period of time like the way he does in NRS games. The talent in SF is just way too deep and the game is too match up based(although I expect this to not be as bad in SFV) for anyone to dominate again.

So like, I'm trying to get the locals interested in UNiEL again, and a lot of them get frustrated from not knowing how to deal with some stuff or the way concepts work in the game. I put together a little note with all the things I understand from the basic to intermediate level in the game for them to read and maybe understand better. I'm not like a top player, I don't know everything about the game and only consider myself above average, so it's not brilliant or anything. But it does exist and I thought I'd share it here. A lot of it is FG101 stuff just in reference to UNI.

I have trouble dealing with fuzzy mashing in every game I play so this is definitely helpful. Thanks!

I'm guessing that they may have some rather fundamental issues with their server architecture that got exposed, and it's going to take weeks or even months to overhaul the back-end if that is the case. If that is the case, we are not hearing about the betas for a while. It's the issue Sony ran into with Driveclub -- the one "good" thing here is that the issues came up months before launch, not at launch.

At this rate, the only anime game we will be left with are French Bread's and Examu's licensed fighters. What a world... well, at least we would still have Melty Blood. :x

According to MMCafe, Chinese sites are reporting that SNK Playmore has been bought by Ledo Millenium.
