SF5 is gonna be a la carte buy a character model, right?
Fan fiction on mechanics/balancing is better than roster fan fiction if you ask me.
But one is actually going to exist though.

I think you mean neither.
But smash is gonna come out doe. Some predictions will be right , some will be wrong.
But that patch stuff, that shit is never going to exist.
Talking about the thing that will eventually exist seems a bit more productive, i dunno.

the delusion in that thread makes Romney's camp thinking they had the 2012 election in the bag look reasonable
Thanks.I love the dedication and discussions that went into the Marvel patch notes. Talking about a community getting together and devote themselves to their favorite game
I would not be surprised.SF5 is gonna be a la carte buy a character model, right?
Is that where you've been? I haven't seen you online on ps3 for Marvel or AE for a while man.Real talk: the best PS4 game is F2P IMO. I really enjoy Warframe. Except for the unstable frame rate when 50+ enemies are on the screen. I have enjoyed it without spending a dime for at least 30 hours now. It has a solid community, too.

I think that the delusion that capcom in its current state had enough shit together to produce a marvel patch seems like a far greater stint of momentary insanity
good god i hope not
How about this weekend? Saturday is good for me.Is that where you've been? I haven't seen you online on ps3 for Marvel or AE for a while man.
We should play AE sometime.
difference is dahbomb and co don't spend paragraphs of text attempting to convince people it will actually happen, something that can't be said about SmashGAF
Well I come in here to hide from BusinessGamers and it's all COMMUNITY WARS.
VJC, Halo 4 isn't a contender for biggest disappointment, it's the hands down winner.
Knocking the rust off for Full Boost. Heavy Arms so fun and I don't have to worry about the fact that in pressure situations my BR Zunda turns into a mess of clicking buttons.

Being a bit too excited about something that will exist vs fever-dreaming about something that will never happen.
What is more pathetic? You decide!
Why hello there, Fox News
Both are sad as shit. At least the Smash dudes doing it for a good game doe, still a terrible look.
I'm pretty sure in both cases people are just doing it for fun, but one is based entirely on hype and the superficial aspects of a game while the other in an exercise in game design (i.e., armchair game design). I think you may just be attempting to come off as rude as possible though.

Agree that Halo 4 wins hands down. Holy fucking shit man.
There's probably other better contenders, but another one off the top of my head is Crackdown 2.
"We cannot continue a business without winning,"

Believe, Smash Bros. BELIEVE.
haha, not gonna happen until Nintendo stops being so delusional
although once that happens, smash should naturally fix itself
How do you get that?
Since a majority of smash players don't care about the more technical aspects of the game, and that doesnt stop masihiro sakurai from developing it.
Speaking of Fox News...

BT's first Smash shirt!
Nintendo going for the blue turtle shell strategy
Sounds like they will go a more mobile route."We cannot continue a business without winning,"

Doesn't the blue shell only disrupt the top 2 and while the thrower stay losing?
Sounds like they will go a more mobile route.
Possibly. I'm just looking at the general sentiment - that Nintendo finally might realize it can't compete without competing. Market/cultural trends are something you heed not dismiss because you think your game design is transcendent. If a competitive attitude is really what the CEO wants, who knows how that attitude will trickle down into the development of their current game projects.
Probably a long-shot for Smash 4 but I think its a reasonable hope for that game.
The fact that they aren't doing any location tests tells me that they aren't too concerned over making it highly competitive. I also haven't seen any real high level match footage of the game, it's all been specially edited sequences.
The next good smash game comes when Nintendo's online catches up to MS/Sony and they stop catering to an audience long gone
not before, not after, it's a design philosophy that permeates the whole company
I dunno how you confused wii casuals with competitive playersyou funny.
I would like to live in your fantasy land where a couple thousand people on a stream amounts to anything worth 10 million people.
How your logic even work? No seriously, how do you even come with this? Masahiro sakurai gonna make smash bros how he wanna make smash unless a smash bombs with no fault to the console its on. When a smash bombs on a console that sold like the wii that is when that will go down. Until then you just yelling at a giant.
I dunno how you confused wii casuals with competitive players
probably that defense force mechanism kicking in

Let's not forget about Duke Nukem Forever in the biggest last gen disappointment category.
