Yea, sure. Truth be told I think I'm going to hang my hat in fighting games soon though. The problem with my hands is getting worse. I don't even think you're "bad" you just need to learn combos and not do Guile's sweep so much.
Kadey on the other hand has improved a lot. She does combos now.

I could cheese everybody all day with Cammy but I'm use half of the cast.
I have carpal tunnel with my left hand which is why you see me wear that "ring" sometimes but it doesn't distract from playing much. Playing on a stick helps a lot.

They just hurt, sore, twitching. I need to find a good specialist because I think I have Carpal Tunnel. I can play tonight since they aren't terribly bad.
(It's also why I'm on netflix so much more now. Can't practice.)
I am Omicronpro. Been using Ryu a bit but he's not my style apparently.

I support kof. I think it's the best fighting game that came out these past couple of years. Still play it at locals

That's your opinion. I like some of the iconic kof characters. Sure some of them are generic, but capcom games always had their fair share of generic crap.
I think kof13 is amazing, and I enjoy playing kof a lot. The netcode is what really holds their games back.
I tried bro. But the online of KOF13 broke my soul.

MK characters have potential, just with NRS behind them they'll never get anywhere cool. Maybe if they get DC to design them.
I'd have to say VF has the worst characters followed by KoF and then Tekken. Coincidentally in inverse order of how much I care for those games!
Ryu is a great character design. Simple, elegant, iconic, trendsetting.

The worst characters are VF, the majority of whom are as boring as the World Warriors, but there's so few of them that there's no "Third Strike" to boost the overall series character quality.
Eileen and Jean are great though.
The MK series has tons of bad characters in all those 3D games.

Kinda OT but Marvel Heroes is pretty damn mediocre. Its the only game I played during E3. I will probably delete it after I beat the story mode once.
The best thing going for it is the Marvel fan service. Like you will interact with characters you haven't seen much of before like The Hood, Wonder Man etc.

I think KoF XIII is pretty flashy too, but in all the wrong ways. Hit effects look really out of place compared to the rest of the art. Same with the fugly UI. Game is a mess visually.
Capcom games traditionally have great art and character design otherwise, and at least the most consistent, and that's why people stay with them past SF2.
Iron Man actually plays like Iron Man should tho.

Also, what are my good normals for Guile? I've discovered that c.MK, s.HK, and c.HP are good for different stuff. f.MP for overheads, df.HK for anti-airs from long angles (I think). What else?

As far as why KOF isn't so popular right now, it's a lot of factors. If you know fighting games and play a lot of them:
1) it's hard.
2) online sucks.
If you DON'T play many fighters:
1) it's way too hard.
2) online sucks.
3) If none of the KOF characters have grown on you at this point then of course they're not memorable or special to you.
4) Game is pretty bare bones even with the pretty good story mode.

In the beta. Crowd control rockets you can fire while moving, flying around everywhere, ground pound, chargeable unibeam that eviscerates everything in your way, repulsar barrage from his gauntlets which chews through everything.
Not worth $20 though, pricing is a bit out of control for that game. Waiting on a sale myself. I sorta agree it's an average game that's sorta lacking, but mostly because they're still adding to it. They've still got so much to implement like fixed damage numbers, Diablo-esque difficulties, etc. I thought durability was in the cards but I guess not anymore. But if you really really like Marvel you can find some enjoyment out of it.
