Fighting Games Weekly | Nov 4-10 | I-No what that finger smells like [18+]

I am sure that RayRay probably made top 10 in the polls though. Abegen is actually pretty good and places in Japan frequently but he rarely plays in US tournament same for Nemo. So this is a good way to give players like them an opportunity.

In terms of tournament results and placing, with the exception of PRRog 6 of those top players actually made it in.

1- Chris G (27)
2- Jwong (23)
3- Fchamp (18)
4- PR Balrog (17)
5- Flocker (10)
6- Yipes (10)
7- MarlinPie (10)

3 international players getting the spot is perfectly fine by me.

I'm not speaking about the players involved. I'm talking about the ones who are not involved complaining. Like you bring one player into the mix (Flocker) and it doesn't change the underlying meaning of the tournament. It's still about fan favorites, and all of a sudden everyone shuts up. A good 3rd of these matches are still going to be 3-0 blowups. But no one cares now. It shows that all of it was completely fickle....almost admitting that Capcom Cup's initial plan for this tournament was correct. You can gloss over everyone else besides a few notables, despite performance in tournament.

Honestly speaking it's really no different than what Capcom did with the pre selected SFxT invites. Like why didn't Ricky Ortiz get selected in that? Whether it is community voted or committee selected... someone is bound to be shafted.

If it's not this then people like Wolfkrone complain about gate keepers at the TFC qualifier. People always complain about something.

I want to see Magus on commentary just so that his mind explodes over the characters display.

"Tron versus Hulk? This is not the Marvel I know! Where are the Mag/Doom/Vergils?"

As long as it's not James Chen spazzing out over Flames of the Impa---.

I like every commentator minus Darry (for either games) or Magus (for Marvel). Magus always talks about optimum combos or things they should have done. Very frustrating. At least Magus sprinkles in more personal info and notes player tendencies. Darry sounds like Darry. Ugh.

UltraChen is a great safe choice but Yipes + anyone would be amazing.

For commentators I think they should split them up.

SFXT- UltraDavid/
UMvC3- Magus/
AE- James Chen/

Don't know on the 2nd half though.

Perfect Legend just threw up a NeoGAF symbol

My choice for commentators:
SFxT: Ryan Hunter/UltraDavid
Marvel: Combo/Neo
AE: Team Rush Hour
serious though, Seth Killian/James Chen

man, I forgot how good justin vs chrisg at evo was.

This is why Justin Wong almost tied for Nemo in the voting polls.

Well this and his numerous Akuma/Cyclops comebacks but that match is the one that most people remember recently.

I still am shocked at that cr.M counter hit to beat out the Helm Breaker. That was the stuff of legends. You can't find that shit on forums, on a video, during theory fighter discussions... that was just brilliancy at a tense stiuation.

Take a good look at your soul GAF... dive into your inner feelings and thoughts...
And this is what you'll find
