Some frame rate issues & the game actually being localized in English.
The frame rate issues may just be me seeing as I've played both versions and the PS2 version just feels better for whatever reason.
Like I said though this point will be moot when the Steam version drops but if you need that fix and this is the only solution available to you right now then for $10 you could do much worse.
The 360 version is untranslated, I think it has more bugs due to being really outsourced, and has the absolute worst netcode of any fighting game ever.

You know, I had an inkling of a hunch that edge cancels would lead to some hilarious stuff in this game but this is another level entirely. I also bet Greninja can do something similar from Hydro Pump.
I still have to get used to edge cancelling air dodges though.

By the way, I bought KOF 98 um for 5$ so it is on sale after all.

Not sure why my posts saying play what you like, not what's popular got twisted. I didnt say you can't like SF4 because its popular. If you like SF4, play it. If you like a few fighters, play the ones you have easy access to or meet your needs.
Luckily, I can play most fighters I like. I have no qualms playing with a small group of people of varying skill levels and that's not an attack on those of you who do or your fanhood. GGPO works fine for me too.
BYOC rooms are great because of people bringing along copies of random fighters and then you have impromptu tourneys in shit like sfex. Thats what I was saying Sloth. Thats what I mean by support and play it. People do that at this local weekly by me. We played Bushido Blade for hours and its like being at an arcade trying to figure the moves and shit. Thats all I meant.
I wish my PS3 was with me cause I could have DoA5, SG, KoF13, SC5 and VF5FS available for anyone wanting to try that.

Speaking of noteeth ok foods I had pea soup with avocado in it today. It was nice but kinda strange. We usually eat pea soup with mustard here but felt like that wouldn't fit. Thankfully it was spiced with black pepper and a bit of chili. Still, weirdd.
