Wish I had more time to check Gaf. Work has been kicking my ass.
I added it on the calendar because Art is streaming it. Plus it should be a nice contrast from the eSports vibe of SCR. Doesn't hurt for Gaf to tune in also.
1. When did Brad Burns from Virtua Fighter start working for YouPorn?
2. TeamYP may not be advertising it, but everyone with half a clue knows what they are and who they represent, especially when they use the same color scheme which does help promote the brand through recognition.
They don't need to advertise or promote YouPorn themselves because people will do it for them just by sponsoring players.

Seems really cool for the tournament player that travels a lot. I'm going to guess that the suit case includes a 19-23 inch monitor and maybe some kind of power source? Not sure if they plan to sell these but if they do they'd probably be somewhere from 300 to 400 dollars. Not cheap, but for those who can afford it the portability is really cool to have.

I certainly wouldn't mind one.
It's a pain to lug multiple arcade sticks, a computer monitor, a game console, the necessary cables, multiple controllers, a power strip, and towels for padding all in a giant suitcase.

Same thing? It does look that way. I guess the SCR crew or somebody decided to do the custom art for the case. Too bad it doesn't have some kind of internal power source but maybe something can be put inside to do the job so you can play for a little while without a AC outlet.

I'm going even though I'm more or less retired because... well, I can. That and I need to get the hell away from work for a bit and it'll be nice to meet up with some friends I have not seen in a long ass while. I'm in for the French Bread and Examu games minus DBFC because the waifus in that game are traaaaaaaaassshhhh. It is nice to be able to go to an event without either worrying about a dozen things about the event itself or how badly you're going to disappoint yourself in tournament.

Still sad for Takumi but the experience should pay off for him. In a game like this experience matters a lot because you will always run into some crazy team combination that you need to be able to problem solve on the fly. Takumi not having an answer to Raccoon's Trap camping with Dark Harmonizer assist cost him both of those sets.
