Given the price, I doubt the LEDs will be that big. At most, it'll probably be the size of the PG Skygrassper set, so maybe $20 to ship.
Judging by the cost, around $100 for 30 LEDs, the LED has to have more than the wiring and bulbs. I suspect it'll have optional clear parts for the psycho frame, as opposed to the clear red that comes with the kit and maybe some other accessories. The most I could see it coming with is a whole RG-style pre-built inner frame with the LEDs pre-installed. That's not seeming as likely, though, especially with the Unicorn's transformation gimmick. I don't think you could just snap armor onto the frame afterwards. Needs to be build right into the frame.

Sakura Saber started off as part of an april fools joke in 2012 but later became a parody manga called Koha-Ace. There are many different look-alike Sabers though, the best of which is Saber of Red (super glad she is getting a figure too)

I think there's now a new clause in Type Moon's company policy that every new work has to have at least a Saber look-a-like in it.
What I find more ridiculous is that people are try to sell them for $150 a piece on ebay.
Just 2 mins into that show I thought "Man, GSC is going to have a field day with these."
Wow. For $300-$400 those statues should be immaculate. I'd be so fucking pissed if I got a busted statue like that.
