DO IT NOW! One of the only shounen series of late that I can tolerate. It's damn good even if the author is lazy and the Chimera Ant arc's pacing is DBZ levels of awful at times.
I'm not sure which one they'll be more disappointed in: a dildo or a "children's toy".

What is the movement like? Is it really loose or is it more on the stiff side?

Luckily the urge to buy every cool figure I see has subsided significantly.
It is really stiff. Somehow one of the legs wasn't attached properly, but fixing that didn't effect the mobility. The leg joints move only about one click and even that is difficult. All other joints move just fine, it is just the larger joints that connect the legs that are being difficult.

I've had figures about that big before (I have a full set of FREEing's 1/4 scale Nanoha bunnygirls), and AmiAmi just don't seem to have a box that fits them neatly, so you get their ridiculously huge one instead.

If this is a brand new figure then it might just be a matter of breaking it in. When I got my Gurren Lagann EX set I noticed the same issue with TTGL's legs, but it didnt really bother me that much.
Generally speaking, the more you use it, the more movement you'll get out if it like any other poseable figure. I've never done it before, but you can try to play with the joint itself for a bit and get it to move more. If it's really bothering you then you can always buy replacement joints online.
