The issue with the UK law, if i remember the discussion/freakout in AnimeGAF, is that the images outlawed do not need to be pornographic. Any depictions of children that could be interpreted as risqué would be concerned. I might be wrong though, that happened months ago.
I'm pretty sure that by this definition that black and white imouto sitting on the chair would very much land fellow brits in a whole lot of trouble. Well, a whole lot of anime figures, really.

I haven't played it, but at one time I was hunting for their Nichijou cards to collect. Unfortunately, it was a considerable time after the wave and they're now discontinued/impossible-to-find-at-not-stupid-prices. I did manage to scavenge one "signed" Yuuko card though off Yahoo Auctions Japan though, so not all bad.
I didn't even know they had English cards!
She's been up for preorder for a few months, bro.

and was surprised to see quite the massive price tag! I guess it's infamous for being one of the most expensive Nendoroids out there, and regularly goes for ~$500, though apparently it pops up on AmiAmi for a little over 30k yen from time to time.
The reason for her rarity is that she was only released with the Koharu Biyori OVA DVDs (looks like you had to buy all 3 and mail in a coupon): http://myfigurecollection.net/item/3127
Of course, right now we have the Ahri Nendoroid going for absurd prices now because she was similarly limited... Ah, the collector life XD;;

This saves me somewhat. Now to find out the status of Super Sonico - Tiger Parka Ver., Sansei Muramasa, and a couple others...
Edit - Never mind! Super Sonico has been delayed to November, and Sansei Muramasa from Wing has a scheduled release date of the 28th [this month].
