Riva Digital, an India-based CG company, is partnering with Square Enix to open a Final Fantasy VII themed ride in Dubai soon. It is called "Final Fantasy VII: Escape from Midgar" and looks like it might be Advent Children themed, going by the logo. The same company is also working on the Final Fantasy XV movie Kingsglaive.

The same theme park will have rides for Battlefield, Gears of War, Resident Evil, PES, Asura's Wrath and Dragon Age. The rides will be at a 18,000 square meter facility called Hub Zero, which is opening "in a few weeks." Exact date still TBC.
Looks like we already had a thread/announcement about the Resident Evil: Bio Terror ride back in April.

I was originally going to post this as a rumor, as I found it on no fewer than 5 different resumes, but after doing some more digging, looks like it is nearly finished.

Brian Smith: Media Director
On behalf of the creative and production team at Riva Digital, and working closely with IP holders Square Enix, media director Brian Smith oversaw the development and direction of this CG-animated 3-D ride film, opening soon at City Walk Dubai. Featuring popular Final Fantasy VII characters and settings, the immersion tunnel format allows for a thrilling and ride experience for guests of all ages
This ride is based on the game Final Fantasy VII (because, let’s be honest, that’s the best one in the series). It will take you down a 3D immersion tunnel where you’ll join the game’s main characters as they try and escape. You’ll be on an omni-directional motion platform that seats 30, and the AV system is on a curved screen and has five sets of 3D media projectors.
The same theme park will have rides for Battlefield, Gears of War, Resident Evil, PES, Asura's Wrath and Dragon Age. The rides will be at a 18,000 square meter facility called Hub Zero, which is opening "in a few weeks." Exact date still TBC.
