I'm not gonna say which system they think is better, but you can guess.

Some EA employee leaked the Xbox 360 specs last year right?

It won't matter if the 360 can pull off those visuals at least 6 months ahead of the PS3. That would give MS a nice little head start.soundwave05 said:Well the specs will be out at E3, which is like what 4 weeks from now?
We don't have full XBox 360 specs either, so I wouldn't say those were "leaked".
All I know is EA is very impressed with the PS3, and they do have real dev kits for both systems.

EA doesn't have to pick. They're not going to abandon one console for the other unless things go really bad for one of the players. They whore Madden out for anything with a microchip.soundwave05 said:Well its obvious XBox 360 will have a headstart. In the long term though, which console EA fans pick as their console of choice is still very questionable especailly if the PS3 has better versions of future Maddens and what not.

I really didn't think Madden 2006 Xbox 360 would look anywhere near the next gen renders but it is obvious to me that it is close enough.....
The first teaser both shows alot of detail and shows nothing at all, but the banner shows off the players better and I must say the graphics on Xbox 360 look out of this world.....
Best of all, this gives me hope the Xbox 360 version of Need4Speed: Most Wanted will look as good as this:

With Need4Speed UG2, EA has just about PERFECTED automobile engine sounds.....combined with next gen graphics???
Wow....just Wow...
*gettin really excited about next gen now*
pxleyes said:Well I am going to say. EA (at least Tiburon) LOVES the PS3 dev kit. When the visited UF this semester, they commented on how much loved the PS3 and how it is exponentially better than the PS2. Simply put, they mentioned the PS3 a lot more than X360.

Anyway, Madden for Xbox 360 looks amazing - that PS3 rev is bound to look even better just boggles the mind. The future is so bright, I gotta wear shades. :lol
YES!! (to the fifa comment) this will be interesting I can only speak for myself and personally Im gonna prolly get both systems ( Im a sports graphics whore). When 360 comes out I'll get blown away and buy it and Madden, and of course six months later here comes Ps3 with even better graphics and I can expect to kiss another 300-500 dollars away... Im so happy yet so sad at the same time.....Izzy said:Well, EA certainly love their PS3 dev kits - they've been showing FIFA PS3 behind the closed doors for the past couple of months. "Well, EA certainly love their PS3 dev kits"
If that shot is accurate then we're getting to a point of diminishing returns. What graphically could the ps3 do to improve on that shot? Render individual cells on the skin to zoom in on? That would be real useful for a football game.Izzy said:Well, EA certainly love their PS3 dev kits - they've been showing FIFA PS3 behind the closed doors for the past couple of months. Yeah, that would be the smart thing to do since MS is building up quite a bit of steam. Sony needs to start sending out the info planters with messages of "Wait til PS3!!!" out to keep it in anyone who might be interested in the 360s mind.OG_Original Gamer said:I don't think Sony going to wait very long to launch their console, Sony going to lay it on thick. I expect a stream of info to come from them until May next year, with a launch shortly after.
