I thought you were commenting on my "short sprints vs long endurance run" to burn weight, and I thought you were saying that doing long runs would be good. And if doing long runs is good, then how fast should I pace myself. What part of my ignorant post is so guffaw worthy?

I don't recommend the Smith for anything except holding weights.

This. I've been realizing this in the last week, as I learn and get more into the main compounds, I've been trying both ways, keeping always an open mind, and smith machines make everything feel so unnatural :/

speaking about Bench Press and Squats, it feels a million times better unassisted, in my personal experience.

A good target is just under too fast to hold a conversation.

You should look into a heart rate monitor if you're interested in doing this for the long run though (pun not intended).

1hr at 30-50% intensity should be good. All of that is based on your preference because I don't know your body thus telling you a speed that works for me might be too fast or slow for you (30-50% of your max HR/max VO2/max intensity). Max HR is 220-your age.

Alright sweet, so this will be my modified workout schedule:

- 3-4 Sets of Push Ups (First set is doing as many as I can, second set with 20-30 reps, then the last sets with weights on my back)
- 2-3 Chair Dips
- As many pull ups as I can (possibly with weights once I hit a good number)
- Leg Lifts
- 30-40 Sit Ups
- 30 Frog Crunches
- 20 Leg Crunches
- 30 Twist Crunches
- 30 Lying Floor Knee Raises
- 30 Seconds of Bicycle Kicks
- Then 20 minutes of Jogging for Cardio
- On the weekends, I'll do this plus an extra 50 minutes of jogging.

Shit, an hour? I don't know if I can dedicate that much time between school, extra curriculars, etc. Is it alright to maybe dedicate an hour once a week?

At 20 minutes you won't be maximizing fat usage in that time frame, but it's fine. Still maintain 40-60% intensity.

Im not saying this as a fact, but its scary i feel really similar on this stuff compared to when i took speed. Even the after effects. Im starting to get spots on my body again and the blood vessels are puffy and purple again.

Ive even played with the idea of buying speed again. I havent felt like this on other preworkout supps.

(note: when i say im not stating this as fact, im not saying there is definitely amphetamines in craze)

Craze has deconstructed ephedra in it. I showed my mother who's been a RN for about 30 years the bottle and it's the first thing she said when she read the label.

I didn't comment on your running at all. I told you that a better idea than a ton of cardio would be to lift weights. Your response to me had nothing to do with what I said.

I misread your comment, but like I've said before I have no access to a gym.

And take steroids.

New Rock just looks roided to the gills. Add to that the fact the's now 40 years old... You don't just blow up and get way bigger and way more cut than you've ever been at age 40.

400g of protein today including the shake I just made after the power went out. This is disgusting.

I've eaten two things and I'm probably over 4000 calories.

People in this thread have eaten more. I'm thinking Darth or maybe that one guy that posts about food all of the time.

Starting week 1 of 5/3/1 tomorrow. Really excited to see what my gains are after a few blocks of it.

Does anyone have any advice?

I bought some Craze. I've used it 3 times so far, workouts have been great, I've felt good. Nothing wrong.

The above posts scared me, did I fuck up?
