I've been seating in the backrow with my popcorn for the last 5 or so pages, lol have fun everyone with the contest. I can't root for one, I think everyone deserves a price.

added Mdsfx and FE on instagram :D, I now have Sean, Imm0rtal, Spiritreaver, Blackflag from FitGaf. Didn't find any other links to instagram accounts in the thread, but probably missed some, would love to follow everyone.

Compared to all of your accounts my instagram is damn boring though, I use it exclusively as a means to post (what looks like) aesthetic progress, all while you guys share foodporn and awesome places.

I was blown away by Sean's recent pics in the Stadium, I knew Americans care for football but I had never seen such a majestic stadium with 3 stories, looks amazing. should probably start sharing nice german landscapes and piano stuff,

I will, I just checked and I have one Frack & Piano pic, but some short clip would be nice.

the problem I have with Instagram clips is that they won't upload unless done through instagram. even with the right lenght, there's always a problem -_-

I just cleaned up and deleted lots of redundant pics.

I'm missing these guys still. I have Sean and FE. If anyone wants to add me I'm osaarela over there. I don't post that much though atm.

I lurk here every blue moon but have no idea what's going on. I just do same old stuff with minor improvements, so no reason to post frequently. Been eating whatever last two months and at 210ish. Life is great when you don't starve yourself.

minus the blue moon line (as I lurk more often), those words reflect my thoughts, lol, I know exactly what you mean.

with the little difference that prior to eating whatever, I didn't go to a competition displaying what looks like a 4% bodyfat.

that competition pic of yours on instagram is absolutely spectacular, congratulations

Thanks, that competition was a great learning experience overall for me. I had a real problem with the guy who was my coach. I didn't exactly realize it till a bit after my competition. One major thing was he told me not to workout arms by themselves at all. So my best body part looked mediocre. Now I do them whenever lol.

Yep you're looking fantastic in that competition man. Amazing.

I was never able to cut body fat that low. This is the farthest I had gotten when cutting, and I just felt like there was something I didn't know that kept me from getting any lower:

That is, in my opinion, the best condition I've ever been in (I don't look like that now). Looking back, I almost never treated myself or had serious refeeds/cheat days and was doing intense 60-90-minute cardio+lifting circuits. Think I was eating 1600-1700 calories per day.

Not sure what my happiness level was at that time, but I doubt I could have sustained that even if I had tried. I remember feeling hungry often.

It's well established Mike has an uncommon but consistently high estimation of his bodyfat haha. Dude always looks amazing.
 
After a month of having gout, being super busy at work and trying to curb smoking, I've finally started going to the gym constantly and have stopped smoking.

Really hope I can stick with it.

also, we need some fit-bulkgaf representation here, you guys and your 10% (or lower!?) BFs are scaring everyone away! lol
