Skyline Chili.

I don't understand Ohio and the skyline chili stuff. Everything they make is disgusting.

In what world do people find these foods disgusting? Not my world. no.

Sometimes I like to take a can of tuna and mix in miracle whip and mustard and spread it on ritz crackers.
I cannot understand those people either but I've certainly seen upturned noses when I've told people I like those things.

Kit-Kat fingers wrapped in ham.

Glorious!

OR Croissants, Bacon and Nutella!

That's definitely a new one fore me. What part of the pig do you use? For some reason I feel something more chewy would work over something that crisps up like bacon.

According to GAF, licuorice, olives and raisins are somehow bad. Well I love those things.

I also liked the fried crickets I had in Thailand but I guess anything fried to a crisp doused in MSG, oil and soy sauce is going to taste good.

In the weird category, I once jokingly dipped Twix bars in (medium) salsa, and found it was a combination I quite enjoyed. Everyone thinks I'm weird.

All you spam lovers will feel right at home here in Hawaii. Hell McDonald's sells spam, egg, and rice breakfast. Jack in the Box and Burger King also have spam breakfast sandwiches.

Anyway Im one of the few of my friends that eat filipino pork blood stew (dinuguan)

Hawaii Gaffers unite! (Well, I'm in Boston now, but hoping to move back soon). McDonald's breakfast in Hawaii is the greatest. Used to go down to the McDonald's in Manoa Market all the time before school.

Sauerkraut. It's delicious and no one I know likes it

I also think I'm the only person in the world who likes coconut

As a proud Wisconsinite, I love me some sauerkraut on my brats, or with my polish sausage. Or just straight out of the jar.

Drives my wife bonkers.

Brussels Sprouts. Every year people moan about having to eat them at Christmas even though they're one of the finest vegetables, I think they just cook them wrong.

Plus that's typically one day. Try disliking peas! They get everywhere.

I actually did not like Brussels Sprouts for the longest time because of how they were cooked. Turns out they are fantastic if you know how to prepare them. Like night and day.

I love mole (sauce) with chicken. It is delicious. But most of my Americans friends have never tried it.

See, the dark color is because the sauce has chocolate in it. But it doesn't taste like chocolate at all. It justs a small part of the ingredients in the sauce.

Mole poblano contains about 20 ingredients, including chili peppers and chocolate, which works to counteract the heat of the chili peppers, but the chocolate does not dominate. It helps give the sauce its dark color, but this is also provided by the mulato peppers.

I like a lot of the stuff already mentioned. I also like braunschweiger which I know some people can't stand.

In the college while living in the dorm, if you ordered pizza there were usually several people that would just happen to stop by your room and say "Oh, pizza. Can I have a slice?" I learned to love jalapeno and anchovy pizza because of this. Those toppings scared away all freeloaders.

People go to war over this just spaghetti, chili, and cheese though. It divides Ohio more than that nasty "Dayton Style" pizza.

You mean hobo cardboard pizza?

Personally, I don't get the split over chili. One is made with cinnamon and the other with chocolate and that's the main difference. Everything else is the same and yet there are people who refuse to eat one or the other.

Eat both, they are both pretty tasty.

Chitlins and Hog Maw (intestines and stomach of a pig). Put some hot sauce and and sauteed onions with it, and you've got some good eatin'.

Oh good, someone already posted cottage cheese.

I think it varies by brand. I had some brands that are really gross.

Anytime I make anything with whey powder everyone runs.

Protein powder as coffee creamer.
Oatmeal pancakes.
Oatmeal waffles.
Protein muffins.
Frozen homemade protein bars.

I could go on and on. It's all good, but none of my friends will try it.

Black Licorice, I know one other person who likes this who isn't related to me.

I keep forgetting that some people dislike licorice with a passion... I love it (especially the salty Dutch kind). If I were to give up on all sweets but one, I would keep licorice.

I love chicory too, especially in salads. I know many people find it too bitter...
