Thin, very crunchy crust pizza, sometimes with salt added to it. There is one, Casano's, uses so much salt on the crust that it tastes like a salt lick instead of baked dough. It's absolutely disgusting.
I love onions. Raw, caramelized, it doesn't matter. Love it on pizzas in burritos even omelets.
I've heard of Cassano's but have never had it. You can find thin, crunchy-crust pizza all over the country (and world) though. Why is it called "Dayton Style"? Maybe I'd understand if I tried it. I don't get back much but...any other places that serve it besides Cassano's?
This is the thin, crispy style which is usually cut into squares.
Think Donato's and Marion's style pizza.
Oh I love both of those places! Marion's much more than Donato's though...that sausage (hnnggg). I guess I qualify for the thread now!
I still think it's pretty crazy to attribute that type of pizza to Dayton. Even giant national chains like Dominos make it (not nearly as well). Everyone wants to claim something though, I guess.
Anchovies on mah pizza.
I have a pretty pedestrian palette but the one thing most people question is my love of green olives on pizza. I love them!

Candy Corn.
Sauerkraut. It's delicious and no one I know likes it
I also think I'm the only person in the world who likes coconut
Olives.
Raisins.
Dried Cherries.
Nothing too crazy.
Pickled herring and raw minced pork. Nothing out of the ordinary where i come from but many people on the internet seem to find the thought of eating it revolting.
In Japan people think the peanut butter+chocolate combo is disgusting, so whenever I import Reese's or Butterfinger and give some to friends, they always say it's gross. Lots and lots of people here don't like the chocolate+mint combo either. Same with Dr. Pepper and root beer. I love all of those things and people think I'm weird for it.
Poutine. I'm always amazed at people who can't appreciate its glory.
I live right by the place Marion's orders all its sausage from. Sooooo good.Oh I love both of those places! Marion's much more than Donato's though...that sausage (hnnggg). I guess I qualify for the thread now!

A lot of Korean food in this category probably, at least for most Americans. Sundae is a good example.
Head cheese.
This. I used to hate anchovies AND olives but now I'm like, just pile that shit on!Anchovies on mah pizza.
BBQ Calf brain.
It's so gooood for serious.
pigs brains
Me and my family love patte, aka pureed goose liver. Whenever friends and whatnot come over it always grosses them out.
And this one.
Yum !
Okay, I googled it. I've never eaten anything with blood in it, but doesn't it taste metallic? Because of the iron?
It's basically a chicken blood set aside until it hardens so you can slice and grill it to perfection.
Yeah, I read that. I really couldn't bring myself to even try this, lol. The chicken intestines on the other hand wouldn't be a problem for me. I'm not really into entrails, but they use pig intestines to make sausages and in Germany we a lot of sausages.
My man!This one.
And this one.
And if I may add this one. The best part would be the brain. So rich and creamy.
Yum !
