The ten teams who play tomorrow all played yesterday, so they all have just a day in between fixtures. Is it usually like this? Surprised there haven't been more complaints.

Was hoping to do some work tmrw...but there's football on! Oh noes.

Man, thank you for all your lovely messages, really helps. You guys are awesome. The doctors are keeping him sedated for a couple more days so the swelling in his throat can go down, but they seem pretty happy with his progress so just got to wait it out now. Horrible to see though, he has like 5 or 6 wires going in to him.

I told him that Utd and City lost their games and his mouth twitched up into a little smirk. Proper fan!

NOOO DON'T MAKE YOUR KID A DICK

Joking buddy, honestly my best wishes are with him. You never want to hear of a child in pain, especially if it's someone's you have a slight affiliation with, no matter how tenuous the bond. Thinking of you and your family.

Sorry to ask bud but how old is he? I was telling the wife about it it's amazing how much scarier everything seems since having a kid.

Checking the form guide and only Man United have won more games than us since O'Neil took charge and we've had to play Spurs away and City at home during that run. What a manager, so pleased to have him.

I took the day off tomorrow (did this long ago), I do not regret it.

fantasyfooty guys, don't forget Spurs/Everton game in hand is this week, so any players will get two opportunities for points. Probably best making one of them captain

I already have Adebayor in my team. Swapped Bale for Adam Johnson.

This game week was crap for my Fantasy Team, may I come last in that competition if it means Liverpool's rivals will play poorly.

I was hoping not many people would notice this and those who did could steal a match on the rest. Thanks!

Seems Rooney was dropped and fined a weeks wages for a night out in the week just past. Same with Evans and Gibson. What a muppet.

I expect to see stories of Rooney wanting to leave United after this incident.

January is silly season and this seems like the perfect time to start another transfer rumour.

Haha, I've got Donavan, Bale and Addy. Was debating taking a -4point hit in getting someone else in, but don't wanna fill my team with too many Everton players..

LOL, Man City. Poor Kermit. I'll quote-
Kermit said:
LOL. Been camping all weekend and didn't have reception. Just saw the Chelsea and United results once we rounded a mountain.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Come on Podolski.

If anyone was wondering where Balotelli was today he is injured.

Anyone watch MoTD2?

Dion Dublin is a shocking pundit.

'Balotelli was no where to be seen' - he's injured.
'City fans probably sit back today with a cigar thinking they were heading back top of the table' - they were top before the game and still are.
'City started with Dzeko and Aguero' - No we didn't.

3 mistakes that any one who watched the game wouldn't have made. The guys clueless.

dc looks a bit like Link, from Twilight Princess, without the hat, with black hair.

(So yeah he doesn't look much like him at all :lol)

It's a pisstake really when you consider Pool and United are getting 4 days rest. How the fuck is this fair?

It doesn't strike me as too unfair if all the teams who are playing tomorrow have only had two days.

If anything teams with big squads like City should be able to deal with it better.

LOL he really didn't want that kiss, can't blame him.

Brilliant result, Sunderland doing united a massive favour. We need to beat Newcastle next but i don't think Liverpool will pull of a win against City.

This. The short rest time means its the rest of the teams who have problems not the top 6.

Really hope we avoid injury tomorrow. Our squad is thin enough as is.

Hahaha, Hoffenheim is just a joke of a club. They are sending Sigurdsson to Swansea on loan. That guy is pretty good, what the fuck are they doing lol

Hahaha, good Lord. That guy is pretty good, actually almost all their players are (were) pretty good but they all are leaving. Is Firmino playing with the team again?

I hope we can get Rudy.

Hoffenheim is just a shit club. Their squad is pretty good but the players don't really bother to play well. I think it was after the 6th matchday when I feared they'd get over playing shit but fortunately, it didn't happen lol. They have a few players that would do very well with a good team around them. Firmino is back for some time already, I think he already played on the last matchday.

I'd take Mlapa as back up striker.

Next week they'll start rehashing the Rooney to City stories that were printed in October 2010.

Tbf the more credible papers are reporting it in a more fair minded way in tomorrows papers. "Incident, players disciplined, felt it was harsh, dealt with, episode over."

That said, never mind the press they will do what they always do and try to make a story and make it last as long as they possibly can.

Im just disappointed in Rooney. I'm not even surprised anymore, I just want one season from him when he can behave himself. He obv. broke the rules about going out and that shouldn't be happening, whether it was a harsh punishment or not. He's one of the more senior players now, alot of the younger talents will look up to him. He's our star player and at a time when we're missing leaders in Vidic, Ferdinand and Giggs as well as a whole host of other players, when we're paying him freakin £170k a week...he can't adhere to the managers rules and lead the team on and off the pitch.

I used to be certain Rooney would develop and grow up and become club captain. It will never happen now, he is way too irresponsible. I always go back to this, but Ronaldo for all his faults would never do silly things like this. That was a player 110% dedicated to his career and his club and a much better example than Rooney. If he played for another club I can't imagine how I'd feel about him.

Now get back in the team against Newcastle and score a hat trick! WAZZA!

Dudes don't say bad things about Hoffenheim they are the new Fulham for US fans, with five American players currently (Fabian Johnson and Danny Williams, Joe Gyau on the reserve team, plus Renken and Toljan. And Ibisevic went to college in the US).

Just seen this on Twitter:

"Sophie Ellis Bextor found headbutted to death in a former French footballer's apartment. Murder on Zidane's floor."

Hahahaha.

I think they're the #1 soul-less team in the bundesliga. Players just want to get out of there.

Theres no way you can sorry. Love the over-sized emblem. Half blue/half teal(?) away kit isn't too bad either.

I really like the home kit, I just have been trying to avoid buying kits for the past few months, successfully. But I am pretty sure I can make an exception for Henry.

That picture of Henry is really heartwarming , I know he's not the player he used to be but still,It gave me a great feeling seeing him wearing our shirt again.

I agree with pretty much all you've said.
Jones would be a better candidate for captain in the future imo.

I still think Rooney could be a capable onfield leader but he shouldn't be given the captaincy in a permanent role. There's too much baggage there.
It's not fickle when hoping a player does well for your team even if you don't particularly like him.

Imo a fan can't be someone who just suppports a team blindly. He has to question the players.
