We don't have the players for that. Without El Sha, we don't have any wingers, and we don't have any good box to box midfielders at all. We only have trequartisti and DMs, so 4-2-3-1 is the way to go.

As Lucifer said, if Essien works out we may try 4-3-3, but I still think we need proper wingers for that. If I were Galliani I'd be begging Berlucunt for money to spend on Cerci or Iturbe.
