Right now we have 19 points leads. Which means, we could theoretically win it on the 28th. But if we win the next 3 games as well we could have the title on the 25th match day already I read.
Heynckes had a pretty strong second part of the season. Right now Pep is leading but to break the record he basically needs to win at least 10 out of the remaining 12 games.

I dont think Kroos is out for money. He plays a key role in one of the best clubs at the moment and is starter there. He wants to be appreciated as he is alredy an icon like Lahm and Schweini for Bayern and I think that 7-9 million he wants is what he'll get eventually in summer. He and Götze share the same management, there are more parties participating in this, so everyone wants his share with this new contract.
